既有建筑表皮绿色改造策略初探
[Abstract]:Promoted by the policy of the 12th Five-Year Plan, green renovation of existing buildings has become one of the most important trends in China's architectural development.
This study focuses on the analysis and study of the existing building skin green renovation status and classification, the existing problems; and then in-depth analysis and comparative study of the methods of four cases at home and abroad, and ultimately come up with a set of renovation strategies and summarized what to look forward to. The second part is the case study of green renovation of existing buildings at home and abroad in the third chapter, in which the domestic case mainly chooses the surface renovation of Shenzhen Nanhai Italian Library. In-depth study on the skin renovation of Shanghai Shendu Tower by field investigation and interview; in-depth study on the skin renovation of the Green Hill No.1 Building of Tokyo Polytechnic University and the School of Civil Engineering of Delft University in the Netherlands. The third part is the study of skin strategy in the green renovation of existing buildings in Chapter IV. It puts forward a set of design procedures, design methods and specific renovation measures for the existing building skin green renovation. Step strategy.
This study explores the current situation of the existing building green renovation in China through the different coping strategies of the existing building green renovation at home and abroad, combined with typical cases: practice the existing theory; find its shortcomings: there is no specific evaluation system for the existing building green renovation and No. A set of scientific and systematic transformation methods are put forward, and its development direction is determined, such as in-depth study on regional climate, building types, and multi-disciplinary cross-coordination research.
