施工项目精细化管理的应用研究

【摘要】:目前,国内施工行业整体的项目管理水平不高,如何进行精细化管理成为亟待解决的问题。本文对项目精细化管理理论进行归纳,参考应用实例建立项目精细化管理模型,对企业的管理工作做出指导。 实施施工项目管理精细化的最终目的是要建立一套科学合理的项目管理机制,提升项目的整体执行力,提高项目实施质量,有效控制工程进度和资金的使用,有效地提高企业项目运营管理能力,创造精品工程。本文简单论述了精细化管理的发展历程,并对精细化管理的理论进行了科学的分析和探讨,解释了精细化管理的概念、特征和内涵;同时也对施工企业使用的项目管理理论进行了论述,分析了项目管理的体系和运用,从而对两者有了一个理论层次上的认识。随后将通过精细化管理在具体施工项目广明高速的运用情况的分析,即精细化管理运用在该案例的组织结构管理,计划过程管理,质量控制管理,工程进度控制管理,成本控制管理,,沟通控制管理和技术管理等项目管理涉及的领域中。同时结合多个施工项目运用精细化管理的特点,将精细化管理和项目管理进行有机结合,总结出施工项目精细化管理应用模型。目前精细化管理方面的理论和研究相对成熟,但是针对项目特别是施工项目精细化管理方面的理论资料有限,对于项目精细化管理方面的研究只能通过精细化管理理论的分析选择并结合施工企业项目过程中的实践案例来提炼总结。因此本课题属于探索性研究,比较具有前沿性,涵盖要点多。同时,该模型来源于实践,最终也将会指导实践,以发挥该模型应有的应用价值。
[Abstract]:At present, the whole project management level of domestic construction industry is not high, how to carry out fine management becomes an urgent problem to be solved. In this paper, the theory of project fine management is summarized, and the project fine management model is established by referring to the application examples, which can guide the management of enterprises. The ultimate goal of implementing fine construction project management is to establish a set of scientific and reasonable project management mechanism, to enhance the overall execution of the project, to improve the quality of project implementation, and to effectively control the progress of the project and the use of funds. Effectively improve the ability of enterprise project operation and management, create quality projects. This paper briefly discusses the development course of fine management, and carries on the scientific analysis and the discussion to the fine management theory, explains the concept, the characteristic and the connotation of the fine management; At the same time, it also discusses the theory of project management used by construction enterprises, analyzes the system and application of project management, and thus has a theoretical understanding of both. Then, through the analysis of the application of fine management in the specific construction project, that is, the fine management is applied in the case of organizational structure management, planning process management, quality control management, project schedule control management, Cost control management, communication control management and technical management are involved in the field of project management. At the same time, combined with the characteristics of fine management of many construction projects, the fine management and project management are organically combined, and the application model of fine management of construction projects is summarized. At present, the theory and research on fine management is relatively mature, but the theoretical data on fine management of projects, especially construction projects, is limited. The research on project fine management can only be summarized by analyzing and selecting the theory of fine management and combining with the practical cases in the process of construction enterprise project. Therefore, this subject belongs to exploratory research, and has more important points. At the same time, the model comes from practice and will eventually guide practice in order to give full play to the application value of the model.
