杭州钱江新城金融地块不对称超深基坑支护设计研究

【摘要】:工程地处浙江省杭州市钱江新城内,与钱塘江相距不足百米,属高水位强渗透性地基。地上由4幢独立的高层塔楼及其裙房组成,分属4家银行金融单位,地面以下为整体地下室,其中华融和工行大楼下部为3层地下室,金融大厦和浙商银行大楼下部分别为4层和5层地下室。深基坑支护工程按整体基坑考虑,开挖深度17.0~24.0 m不等,核心筒部位最大挖深约28.5 m。详细介绍了基坑工程概况和特点、围护措施和设计方案、不同步施工条件下的开挖流程和拆撑与换撑措施、不对称开挖条件下的内力变形补充计算、深层地下承压水处理、基坑施工与现场监测等内容,可供类似工程设计参考。
[Abstract]:The project is located in the Qianjiang New Town of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, and is less than 100 meters apart from the Qiantang River. The ground is composed of four separate high-rise towers and their skirts, belonging to four banking and financial units, with the whole basement below the ground, of which the bottom of the Huarong and ICBC buildings is a three-story basement. The financial building and the lower part of the Zhejiang Commercial Bank Building are 4-storey and 5-storey basements respectively. Considering the whole foundation pit, the excavation depth of deep foundation pit varies from 17.0m to 24.0 m, and the maximum excavation depth of the core tube is about 28.5 m. This paper introduces in detail the general situation and characteristics of foundation pit engineering, the enclosure measures and design schemes, the excavation process under different construction conditions, the measures of removing and changing braces, the supplementary calculation of internal force deformation under asymmetric excavation conditions, and the treatment of deep underground confined water. The foundation pit construction and site monitoring can be used as reference for similar engineering design.
