绿色交通理念指引下的曲靖麒沾马都市区城市道路与交通规划

【摘要】:快速城市化使城市空间扩张引起快速机动化,造成交通拥堵、事故等降低城市效率。同时,高能耗导致能源危机、环境恶化,居民对城市宜居健康生活环境和可持续发展的呼声日益高涨。 根据麒沾马都市区的城市交通现状和发展趋势,本文认为麒沾马都市区面临着快速同城化、快速机动化与节能减排、环境保护的多重压力,亟需发展绿色道路交通促进生态城市的转型。结合绿色交通经验,本文提出麒沾马都市区的绿色道路与交通规划思路:交通引导用地,同城路网,低碳出行,高效服务。目标:布局集约能耗少、路网便捷效率高、方式低碳品质好,促进建设宜居生态城市。手段:绿色交通软环境管理、绿色交通硬技术实施。重点从宏中微观三个层面阐述绿色道路与交通的规划硬技术。 一宏观层面,重点展开麒沾马三地的区域同城绿色道路与交通规划。交通骨架引导都市区用地空间的拓展布局,,形成高可达和低需求的土地利用交通系统模式,根本上引导合理的出行需求,以高快速路网保障同城的道路供给,明确以公共交通主要、慢行交通为主导的绿色交通方式,促进城市道路与交通低碳高效。二中观层面,重点在于各城区间与城区内的绿色道路与交通规划。以交通枢纽和廊道引导公共服务功能多中心布局,以科学的道路来组织必要快速的跨城区交通和便捷可达的城区内部交通。跨城区交通高效低碳:提供多条通廊快速到达,形成中长距离出行以轨道和快速公交为主体的绿色交通方式,加强道路和交通的快捷衔接。城区内交通便捷低碳:根据不同功能城区差异化布局城区内部路网,形成中短距离出行以常规公交和慢行交通为主体的绿色交通方式。三微观层面,规划重要绿色慢行空间,对典型道路进行绿色设计,为都市区提供舒适人性化的交通空间和城市环境。 最后总结绿色道路与交通的规划要点,研究的创新与不足,展望未来。
[Abstract]:Rapid urbanization causes urban space expansion to cause rapid motorization, resulting in traffic congestion, accidents and so on to reduce urban efficiency. At the same time, high energy consumption leads to energy crisis, environmental deterioration, residents of the city livable and healthy living environment and sustainable development voice is rising day by day. According to the present situation and development trend of urban traffic in Qizhanma Metropolitan area, this paper holds that Qizhanma Metropolitan area is faced with multiple pressures of rapid co-urbanization, rapid motorization, energy saving and emission reduction, and environmental protection. It is urgent to develop green road traffic to promote the transformation of ecological city. Combined with the green traffic experience, this paper puts forward the green road and traffic planning ideas in Qizhanma metropolitan area: traffic guidance land, urban road network, low-carbon travel, efficient service. Objective: low energy consumption, high efficiency and low carbon quality, and promote the construction of livable ecological city. Means: green traffic soft environment management, green transportation hard technology implementation. Focus on the macro-micro-level of green roads and traffic planning hard technology. A macro-level, focusing on the region of Qi Zhanma three cities green road and traffic planning. The traffic skeleton guides the expansion and layout of the urban land space, forms the land use transportation system mode of high accessibility and low demand, guides the reasonable travel demand fundamentally, and guarantees the road supply of the same city with the high speed road network. It is clear that public transport is the main green mode of transportation and slow traffic is the leading way to promote the low carbon efficiency of urban roads and traffic. Second, the focus is on green roads and traffic planning between and within urban areas. The multi-center layout of public service function is guided by transportation hubs and corridors, and the necessary and rapid cross-city traffic and convenient and accessible inner traffic are organized by scientific roads. Cross-city transportation is efficient and low-carbon: it provides rapid arrival of multiple corridors, forms a green transportation mode with track and bus rapid transit as the main part of middle and long distance travel, and strengthens the quick link between road and traffic. Urban transportation is convenient and low carbon: according to the different layout of urban road network in different functional urban areas, a green transportation mode with regular public transport and slow traffic as the main part of medium and short distance travel is formed. Three microcosmic levels, planning important green slow space, carrying on green design to typical road, providing comfortable and humanized traffic space and city environment for metropolitan area. Finally, the main points of green road and traffic planning, innovation and deficiency of research are summarized, and the future is prospected.
