新疆K县城的集中供热工程研究

【摘要】:集中供热系统是现代化城市重要的基础设施,不仅能给城市提供稳定、可靠的热能,改善人民生活环境,而且能够节约能量、减少城市污染。热电联产在城市现代化建设的进程中,尤为显著的表现在环保节能、符合国家可持续发展战略,在推动能源与环境协调发展,改善冬季供热状况等方面发挥着重要作用。 本文首先根据新疆K县城近、远期发展规划,结合K县城的地域特点,分析不同建筑物的功能和供热要求,得出K县城近、远期的设计供暖总热负荷这一重要基础数据;其次,结合K县城的城市总体规划和热负荷分布状况,研究分析集中供热系统的热源、热媒、热力站和热网,经过论证不同方案,获得K县城的集中供热可行性方案;然后,通过对总热负荷和项目所在地概况分析,确定热源形式,并进行对热网的水力计算和热力站的规划与设计,提出换热器和循环水泵等主要设备的设计参数和选型方案;最后,对热电联产集中供热、锅炉房集中供热和分散供热的耗煤量和排放物进行了对比,阐述了热电联产集中供热所带来的经济效益和环境效益。 本文针对K县城的具体特点,应用供热工程理论,提出适合于K县城的科学合理的供热方案,有望极大改善K县城的供热质量,,提高供热系统的能量利用率,实现更好的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。
[Abstract]:Central heating system is an important infrastructure in modern cities. It can not only provide stable and reliable heat energy to the city and improve people's living environment, but also save energy and reduce urban pollution. In the process of urban modernization, heat and power cogeneration plays an important role in promoting the coordinated development of energy and environment, improving the situation of heating in winter and so on, especially in the process of environmental protection and energy saving, in line with the national sustainable development strategy. According to the near and long term development plan of K county in Xinjiang and the regional characteristics of K county, this paper analyzes the functions and heating requirements of different buildings, and obtains the important basic data of the design total heat load of the near and long term heating in K county. According to the overall urban planning and the distribution of heat load in K county, this paper studies and analyzes the heat source, heat medium, thermal station and heat network of the central heating system. Through the demonstration of different schemes, the feasible scheme of central heating in K county is obtained. Through the analysis of the total heat load and the site of the project, the form of the heat source is determined, and the hydraulic calculation of the heat network and the planning and design of the thermal station are carried out, and the design parameters and the selection scheme of the main equipment, such as heat exchanger and circulating water pump, are put forward. The coal consumption and emissions of cogeneration central heating boiler room and decentralized heating are compared and the economic and environmental benefits brought by cogeneration heating are expounded. According to the specific characteristics of K county, applying the theory of heating engineering, this paper puts forward a scientific and reasonable heating scheme suitable for K county, which is expected to greatly improve the heating quality of K county and increase the energy utilization ratio of the heating system. To achieve better economic, environmental and social benefits.
