某国际博览中心运营期节能管理研究

【摘要】:随着经济水平的提高,能源供需矛盾越演越烈。建筑能耗是我国终端能耗的重要组成部分,建筑节能在节能减排工作中必须发挥重大作用。大型公共建筑单位面积能耗极高,是建筑能耗的高密度领域。降低大型公建的能源消耗、提高能源利用率,成为亟需解决的问题。因此,研究大型公共建筑的节能管理具有非常强烈的现实意义。 论文对国内外关于建筑能耗调查与统计、大型公共建筑节能管理及节能改造评价的研究文献进行了梳理,结合我国大型公共建筑能耗现状及特点,总结出了目前我国大型公共建筑节能管理存在的问题。在此基础上,设计了某国际博览中心运营期节能管理方案。首先分析了节能技术体系,重点介绍了热电冷联供系统、地源热泵技术以及太阳能光伏电板三类节能技术在国博项目中的应用。随后提出了运用BIM技术对建筑能耗进行统计分析,这是建筑能耗统计的一种新方法、新思路。论文对国博建筑热工性能、照明系统及空调系统进行了能耗测算与分析,提出了相应的设计建议。数据表明,某国博能耗量巨大,需要安装能耗监测系统进行实时监控与管理。因此,论文也对能耗监测系统的监测信息、系统功能、系统架构等进行了研究。最后,根据这些数据,论文从政府和企业作为建筑节能参与主体的不同角度出发,,分别提出了节能政策建议和企业节能管理措施。 论文对推动我国建筑节能工作,特别是大型公共建筑节能工作具有指导意义,也在建筑节能理论方面做了一些贡献。但该国博运营期节能管理效果还有待实践验证。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of economic level, the contradiction between energy supply and demand is becoming more and more serious. Building energy consumption is an important part of China's terminal energy consumption. Building energy conservation must play an important role in energy conservation and emission reduction. Utilization rate has become an urgent problem to be solved. Therefore, the study of energy-saving management of large-scale public buildings has a very strong practical significance.
Based on the investigation and statistics of building energy consumption at home and abroad, the research literature on energy-saving management and energy-saving reconstruction evaluation of large-scale public buildings is sorted out. Combined with the current situation and characteristics of energy consumption of large-scale public buildings in China, the existing problems of energy-saving management of large-scale public buildings in China are summarized. The energy-saving management scheme during the operation period of the center is introduced.Firstly,the energy-saving technical system is analyzed,and the application of three energy-saving technologies,i.e. combined heat and power supply system,ground source heat pump technology and solar photovoltaic panels,in the National Expo Project is introduced.Then,the statistical analysis of building energy consumption using BIM technology is put forward,which is a new method of building energy consumption statistics. The data show that the energy consumption of a certain Expo is huge and needs to be monitored and managed in real time by installing energy consumption monitoring system. Finally, according to these data, the paper puts forward energy-saving policy recommendations and enterprise energy-saving management measures from different angles of government and enterprises as participants in building energy-saving.
The paper has a guiding significance to promote energy-saving work in China, especially in large-scale public buildings, and has made some contributions to building energy-saving theory.
