面向建筑工程项目参与各方的知识管理研究

【摘要】:“十一五”期间,全国建筑行业产值年均增长22.5%,总产值达到95206亿元,成为了国民经济中的支柱产业。随着我国经济建设的继续开展,建筑行业的未来前景将十分看好,然而全球经济一体化的发展,使得我国建筑市场的竞争程度不断加深。现代建筑工程项目的规模扩大、区域扩展和个体员工更替,技术复杂性越来越高,使得工程项目参与各方的管理难度越来越突出。我国建筑领域内的参与企业十分需要一套适应自身发展的项目管理理论与方法。建筑工程项目知识管理的实践是提高参与方的项目管理能力,提升我国建筑业领域内参与方企业核心竞争力的重要手段之一。 由于建筑工程项目的一次性、其组织的临时性等特点影响了项目参与各方知识获取、共享、应用、创新的积极主动性,加大了参与各方进行知识管理的难度。针对这些特殊问题,本论文充分参考国内外建筑工程项目知识管理的研究理论与实践经验,重点研究建筑工程项目参与各方知识管理模型,设计以业主方为主导的项目知识门户,同时运用案例推理方法从定量的角度建立案例检索模型,最后对项目知识管理的实施提出相应对策。本论文总共分为6个部分: (1)论述本文的研究背景与意义,,分析国内外建筑工程项目领域内知识管理的研究现状,提出论文研究的主要内容、方法与技术路线。 (2)阐述建筑工程项目与知识管理理论。分析建筑工程项目、知识与知识管理的基本概念,明确建筑项目知识管理的研究理念。 (3)构建建筑工程项目参与各方的知识管理模型。分析项目各阶段的知识内容,参与各方的知识管理过程,建筑工程项目的知识转移。 (4)设计建筑工程项目的知识门户。包括知识门户的技术应用和总体规划,应用案例推理方法建立算法模型,实现案例管理模块的功能应用。 (5)对建筑工程项目知识管理的实施进行SWOT分析,从项目知识管理实施的保障需求,环境建设两个方面提出实施的解决对策。 (6)总结本论文完成的工作,通过对未来的展望提出论文应提高改进的地方。
[Abstract]:During the 11th Five-Year Plan, the annual output value of the national construction industry increased by 22.5 yuan and the total output value reached 9.5206 trillion yuan, which has become the pillar industry in the national economy. With the development of China's economic construction, the future prospect of the construction industry will be very promising. However, with the development of global economic integration, the degree of competition in the construction market of our country is deepening. The scale of modern construction projects, regional expansion and the replacement of individual staff, technical complexity is becoming more and more high, making the management of the parties involved in the project more and more difficult. The participating enterprises in the field of construction in our country need a set of project management theory and method which adapts to their own development. The practice of knowledge management in construction projects is one of the important means to improve the project management ability of the participants and to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises in the field of construction industry in China. Because of the one-off of the construction project and the temporary organization of the project, the active initiative of acquiring, sharing, applying and innovating the knowledge of all the parties involved in the project has been affected, and the difficulty of knowledge management of the parties involved in the project has been increased. In view of these special problems, this paper makes full reference to the theory and practice of knowledge management in construction projects at home and abroad, and focuses on the knowledge management models of all parties involved in construction engineering projects. The project knowledge portal, which is dominated by the owner, is designed. At the same time, the case-based reasoning method is used to establish the case retrieval model from the quantitative point of view. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures for the implementation of the project knowledge management are put forward. This thesis is divided into six parts altogether: (1) the research background and significance of this paper are discussed, the research status of knowledge management in the field of building engineering project at home and abroad is analyzed, and the main contents of this paper are put forward. Method and technical route. (2) expound the theory of construction project and knowledge management. This paper analyzes the basic concepts of construction project, knowledge and knowledge management, and clarifies the research idea of building project knowledge management. (3) constructing the knowledge management model of all parties involved in construction engineering project. Analyze the knowledge content of each stage of the project, participate in the knowledge management process of all parties, transfer the knowledge of the construction project. (4) Design the knowledge portal of the construction project. It includes the technical application and overall planning of knowledge portal, the establishment of algorithm model by case-based reasoning method, and the functional application of case management module. (5) the implementation of knowledge management in construction project is analyzed by SWOT. This paper puts forward the solutions from two aspects of project knowledge management and environmental construction. (6) summarizes the work accomplished in this paper and puts forward the improvement of the paper through the prospect of the future.
