具有调湿功能的多孔陶瓷砖的制备与表征

【摘要】:本文以硅藻土为主要原料,添加长石、粘土、滑石粉和膨润士等原料,经过压制、干燥、烧结,成功制备了具有吸湿和放湿功能的硅藻土基多孔陶瓷砖。通过正交实验设计、对比试验等试验方法,结合抗压强度、收缩率指标确定多孔陶瓷砖的最佳工艺配方:硅藻土:60%、钾长石:5%、膨润土:6%、滑石粉:3%、粘土:11%、分离沉淀物:15%。坯体的压强定为:20Mpa,烧结温度:960℃。同时,研究了烧结温度对硅藻土基陶瓷砖组织和性能的影响。 本文采用D/Max2500PC型X射线衍射分析仪对最佳工艺所得样品进行相分析;采用JSM-5600LV型扫描电子显微镜对样品的显微组织进行观察;采用阿基米德法测定陶瓷砖的密度;采用WDW-200型电子万能试验机测定多孔陶瓷的抗压强度;采用HDHWHS-50型恒温恒湿试验箱测定多孔陶瓷的吸湿和放湿功能。 研究结果表明:烧结后的没有复杂相产生,这与样品的较低的烧成温度有关。通过扫描电镜观察到,随着烧结温度的提高,陶瓷砖的孔隙减少。在960℃时,陶瓷砖的密度为1.37g/cm3,抗压强度为28.41Mpa。陶瓷砖的密度和抗压强度随着烧结温度的增大而增大。陶瓷砖的最大吸湿量为32mg/g,最大放湿量为30mg/g,且陶瓷砖的吸湿和放湿能力随着烧结温度的增大而减少。研究表明,多孔陶瓷砖的孔径结构直接影响着吸湿过程中的毛细凝聚现象和放湿过程中的水分蒸发过程,对于陶瓷砖的吸湿和放湿能力具有很大的影响。
