分布式变频供热系统节能特性研究

【摘要】:我国北方地区冬季严寒,,城市中多采用集中供热向用户供暖。近三十年,无论是在供热规模还是供热技术方面,集中供热事业都有很大的发展。随着国民经济的快速发展,节能工作日益受到重视。很多研究者在集中供热节能方面做了很多的工作和努力,提出了分布式供热系统。 本文主要是对变频泵的动力分布式供热系统——分布式变频供热系统的研究。以张家口市桥西区集中供热工程这一案例为基础,进行水力计算。通过对传统供热方式和分布式变频供热方式的水压图进行分析,分别计算出采用传统供热方式热源循环泵的参数,以及采用分布式变频供热方式时零压差控制点在不同位置时的热源循环泵和热用户分布泵的参数。对两种供热方式进行能耗计算分析,得出无论零压差控制点设在供热系统任何位置都比传统供热方式节能的结论。 对工程案例分别采用时间性评价指标、价值性评价指标、比率性评价指标进行经济分析,得出采用分布式变频供热方式经济上具有很大优势的结论。 就我国目前国情来看,我国节能工作任重道远。因此,加强对分布式供热系统的研究有助于我国集中供热事业的发展。本文意在找到适合于工程实际的方法,以便对分布式系统的设计、运行、管理工作提供重要的参考依据。
[Abstract]:In northern China, the winter is severe, and central heating is often used in cities to provide heating to users. In the past 30 years, both in the heating scale and heating technology, the central heating industry has a great development. With the rapid development of national economy, energy-saving work has been paid more and more attention. Many researchers have done a lot of work and effort in energy saving of central heating, and put forward distributed heating system. This paper mainly studies the power distributed heating system of frequency conversion pump-distributed frequency conversion heating system. Based on the case of central heating project in Qiaoxi District of Zhangjiakou City, hydraulic calculation is carried out. By analyzing the water pressure diagram of the traditional heating mode and the distributed frequency conversion heating mode, the parameters of the heat source circulating pump using the traditional heating mode are calculated respectively. The parameters of the heat source circulating pump and the thermal user distribution pump with the zero pressure difference control point in different positions are also given in the distributed frequency conversion heating mode. The energy consumption of the two heating modes is calculated and analyzed. It is concluded that no matter the zero pressure difference control point is located in any position of the heating system, it is more energy efficient than the traditional heating method. The economic analysis of engineering cases is carried out by using the time evaluation index, the value evaluation index and the ratio evaluation index, and the conclusion is drawn that using the distributed frequency conversion heating mode has a great advantage in economy. In view of our current national conditions, China's energy-saving work has a long way to go. Therefore, strengthening the research on distributed heating system is helpful to the development of central heating system in China. The purpose of this paper is to find a method suitable for engineering practice in order to provide an important reference for the design, operation and management of distributed system.
