工程项目承包商施工阶段主体行为风险管理研究

【摘要】：随着社会的不断发展进步，工程项目承包商在施工中越来越重视对工程风险项目的风险管理，但人们更多的关注在客观因素（政治风险、经济风险、金融风险、自然风险、社会风险等）风险的管控，而对自身主体行为以及与外部主体引起的主体行为的风险认识不清，或者是忽视这些因素，从而造成承包商在施工过程中开展极不顺利，甚至无法实施下去。在社会竞争日益激烈、工程项目管理越来越精细化的时代，承包商在工程施工阶段的主体行为风险显得越来越重要。自身内部的管理水平和与外部主体的沟通效果将会严重影响到项目的利润的增长幅度，甚至是企业的核心竞争力和基业长青。本文从承包商在施工阶段的风险角度出发，结合文献资料和工程实践经验，对承包商在施工阶段的主体行为因素进行识别和分析，探究其风险产生的机理，并建立起初始风险清单。以本单位17位优秀项目经理为代表组成的专家组，展开对工程项目承包商在施工阶段的主体行为进行问卷调查和访谈，构建了工程项目承包商在施工阶段的主体行为风险评价指标体系，其中包括2个一级指标、8个二级指标和19个三级指标。采用改进的Delphi-AHP得出各级指标的权重，再采用多层次模糊综合评判法建立评判模型，并对工程项目实例进行综合评价，，最后针对承包商在施工阶段的主体行为风险因素提出相应的风险应对措施。本论文承包商认识到其主体行为风险在项目管理过程的重要性，丰富了承包商风险管控理论，其主体行为风险会对项目的实施产生重大的影响，已经成为工程项目成败的重要因素。因此，深入研究承包商在施工阶段的主体行为风险不仅具有重要的理论意义，而且也具有重要的实践价值。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and progress of the society, the contractor of the project pays more and more attention to the risk management of the project risk, but people pay more attention to the objective factors (political risk, economic risk, financial risk, natural risk). Social risk, etc.) risk control, and the risk of their own subject behavior and external subject behavior is not clear, or ignore these factors, resulting in the contractor in the construction process is not smooth, It can't even be implemented. In the era of increasingly fierce social competition and more meticulous engineering project management, the main risk of the contractor's behavior in the construction stage is becoming more and more important. The internal management level and the effect of communication with the external main body will seriously affect the increase of the profit of the project, even the core competitiveness of the enterprise and the everlasting green of the basic industry. From the point of view of the contractor's risk in the construction stage, combined with the literature and engineering practice experience, this paper identifies and analyzes the main behavioral factors of the contractor in the construction stage, and probes into the mechanism of the risk generation. And establish the initial risk list. The expert group composed of 17 excellent project managers in our unit conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews on the main behavior of the contractor in the construction phase. The evaluation index system of the main body behavior risk of the contractor in the construction stage is constructed, which includes 2 first class indexes, 8 second class indexes and 19 third grade indexes. Using the improved Delphi-AHP to get the weight of the indexes at all levels, and then using the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the evaluation model, and to carry on the comprehensive evaluation to the engineering project example, Finally, the corresponding risk countermeasures are put forward in view of the main risk factors of the contractor's behavior in the construction stage. In this paper, the contractor realizes the importance of the subject behavior risk in the project management process, enriches the contractor risk management theory, and its main behavior risk will have a significant impact on the implementation of the project. Has become an important factor in the success or failure of the project. Therefore, it is not only of great theoretical significance but also of great practical value to study the risk of the contractor's main body behavior in the construction stage.
