地面工程建设概算价格面临的问题和解决对策

【摘要】:针对地面工程建设概算价格面临的问题,采取如下解决对策:以2014年概算价格汇编为主,同一产品出现两个价的取高价,出现三个价的取中间价,四个及以上的取中等偏上价格;以2013年物资网上价格为辅,单个价格的直接使用,出现多个价格的,找一家系列全的厂商价格作为参考;对于没有招标综合价只有中标厂商价格的产品,借助网上使用的频率,用的最多的厂商中标价作为参考;设计开不全参数的,根据以往的实际使用情况,选择常用的作为参考,按照介质的性质、压力、温度等因素缩小产品选择范围;对于不开厂家型号也就意味着没有技术参数的产品,借助以往用过的产品比较全的价格作为参考。

According to the nature of the medium, pressure, temperature and other factors to narrow the scope of product selection; for products that do not open the manufacturer model also means that there are no technical parameters, with the help of the products used in the past to compare the full price as a reference.
