大学毕业生公租房室内模数系统配套设计研究

【摘要】：本文基于目前大学毕业生居住环境和公租房室内配套设计中出现的问题，引发了对大学毕业生公租房室内配套设计的关注。通过相关理论知识和实践案例的借鉴分析，及对以北京市大学毕业生为代表的毕业生群体进行的深入调研，分析得出大学毕业生公租房室内配套设计的关键问题为缺少对室内设计的系统化认识及配套设计的相关依据，经过多方向探讨，最终提出本文的解决方案——室内模数系统配套设计。室内模数系统配套设计向室内配套设计的功能及风格进行了全面的配套建议，且对“尺度”做了新的审视，探求户型、设施与家具、生活行为、人体工学之间的尺度关系，通过数学方法模拟评价模型，力求找到适配度最高的“模数”，指导室内配套产品的选配及设计，实现“户型-配套设施与家具-行为-物品”多个层面配套的完整配套设计。室内模数系统配套设计的核心理念在于一种综合室内全方位因素进行总体考虑、将科学与艺术相结合的系统化设计思路，具有一定普适性和可操作性，是一种试验性的设计方法。室内模数系统配套设计根据空间条件及实际需求，制定了选配原则与设计标准，并推导出多种适应不同居住需求的最小及最适平面布局，作为对公租房户型设计的建议。本文希望通过对大学毕业生住房问题的关注，以室内模数系统配套设计的研究为着眼点，完善公租房室内设计体系，为公租房户型设计献策；且通过改善大学毕业生居住环境，，促进其身心健康发展，体现人文关怀；最终优化行业资源，倡导合理的生产、消费模式，有助于国家和谐社会构建与可持续发展。
[Abstract]:Based on the problems existing in the living environment of college graduates and the interior supporting design of public rental housing, this paper has aroused the attention to the interior supporting design of public rental housing for college graduates. Through the reference and analysis of relevant theoretical knowledge and practical cases, as well as the in-depth investigation of graduate groups represented by university graduates in Beijing, It is concluded that the key problem in the interior supporting design of university graduates is the lack of systematic understanding of interior design and the relevant basis of supporting design. Finally, the solution of this paper-indoor modular system supporting design. The matching design of indoor modular and digital system makes a comprehensive suggestion to the function and style of indoor matching design, and makes a new examination of "scale", and explores the scale relationship among household type, facilities and furniture, life behavior, ergonomics, etc. Through the mathematical simulation evaluation model, we try to find the most suitable "modulus", guide the selection and design of indoor accessory products, and realize the complete matching design of "Huxing-supporting facilities and furniture-behavior-goods". The core idea of indoor modular and digital system design is that a comprehensive indoor all-around factor is considered as a whole, and the systematic design idea which combines science and art has certain universality and maneuverability. It is an experimental design method. According to the space condition and the actual demand, the matching design of the indoor modular and digital system has established the choice principle and the design standard, and has deduced the many kinds of minimum and the most suitable plane layout which adapts the different residence demand, as the suggestion to the public rental housing type design. This paper hopes to improve the interior design system of public rental housing through paying attention to the housing problem of university graduates, and to improve the living environment of university graduates by improving the housing design of public rental housing. Promote their physical and mental development, reflect humanistic care; finally optimize the resources of the industry, advocate a reasonable production, consumption patterns, contribute to the construction of a harmonious society and sustainable development.
