高性能混凝土技术的应用研究

【摘要】:高性能混凝土(High Performance Concrete,HPC)被称为21世纪混凝土,是在大幅度提高普通混凝土性能的基础上采用现代混凝土技术制作的混凝土。它以耐久性作为主要设计指标,针对不同用途要求,保证混凝土的适用性和强度并达到高耐久性、高工作性、高体积稳定性和经济性。被认为是目前全世界性能最为全面的混凝土。高性能混凝土已成为当今土木行业的极为重要的材料。本文通过对影响高性能混凝土耐久性能的各项指标的实验及在桥梁中的试验分析,得到了较为可靠地高性能混凝土配合比设计,提出了一套适宜高速公路使用的高性能水泥混凝土配合比设计方法,,并应用于预制箱梁对水泥混凝土配合比进行实际验证;通过掺加矿物掺和料粉煤灰、矿渣粉及高性能聚羧酸减水剂,解决了高速公路高性能水泥混凝土的水泥用量过高问题,在工程安全使用期、经济合理性、环境条件的适应性等方面产生了明显的效益。。
[Abstract]:High performance concrete (High Performance Concrete,HPC), which is called 21st century concrete, is a kind of concrete made by modern concrete technology on the basis of greatly improving the performance of ordinary concrete. It takes durability as the main design index, according to different application requirements, ensures the applicability and strength of concrete and achieves high durability, high workability, high volume stability and economy. It is considered to be the most comprehensive concrete in the world. High performance concrete has become a very important material in civil engineering industry. In this paper, the design of high performance concrete mixture ratio is obtained through the experiment and analysis of the indexes that affect the durability of high performance concrete. A set of high performance cement concrete mix ratio design method suitable for expressway use is put forward, and it is applied to the practical verification of cement concrete mix ratio by precast box girder. Slag powder and high performance polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent have solved the problem of high cement consumption of high performance cement concrete in expressway, and have produced obvious benefit in engineering safety life, economic rationality, adaptability of environmental conditions, etc.
