常熟辛庄江南水乡观光生态农业园规划设计研究

【摘要】:本文基于文献依据综述了国内外生态农业和观光农业的发展概况以及经验与启示;提出并探讨了“江南水乡观光生态农业园”的概念,可表述为基于江南水乡大背景,在一定的空间或地域范围内,以生态农业为基础,把生产和观光结合在一起,实现生态、经济和社会三大效益共同发展的具有水乡特色的农业园区。选取了三个相关案例一一阳澄湖现代农业产业园、溱湖湿地农业生态园以及河横生态农业科技示范园,对其区位、规模、生态技术模式、主导产业类型、旅游功能类型和农业生产情况进行了总结与比较分析,构建了包括园区建设条件与要素分析、规划设计原则制定、园区发展定位提炼、分区布局与项目安排以及包括交通、水利水系、绿化种植、旅游及生产设施、生态农业技术与工程体系以及经营模式等专项规划内容的“江南水乡观光生态农业园”规划建设模式。 实证研究了“常熟辛庄江南水乡观光生态农业园”的规划与设计,图文并茂阐述了项目概况与条件、规划依据,规划原则、思路、目标和功能分区,将项目区分为果基鱼塘示范园、高效渔业示范园、江南水乡观光园的“一区三园”的空间架构,完成了园区道路交通、水利水系、生态绿化、景观体系、旅游服务设施、生态农业技术与工程体系等专项规划设计,提出了园区管理经营和经济分析。
[Abstract]:Based on the literature, this paper summarizes the development situation, experience and enlightenment of ecological agriculture and sightseeing agriculture at home and abroad, and puts forward and discusses the concept of "sightseeing Ecological Agriculture Park in Jiangnan Water Township", which can be expressed as the background of Jiangnan Waterside. In a certain space or region, based on ecological agriculture, combining production with sightseeing, the agricultural park with the characteristics of water countryside can be developed together with ecological, economic and social benefits. Three related cases, Yangcheng Lake Modern Agricultural Industrial Park, Qinthu Wetland Agricultural Ecological Park and Heheng Ecological Agricultural Science and Technology demonstration Park, are selected. The location, scale, ecological technology model and leading industry types are analyzed. The tourism function types and agricultural production conditions are summarized and analyzed, including the construction conditions and elements analysis, planning and design principles, park development positioning, zoning layout and project arrangements and including transportation. Water conservancy water system, green planting, tourism and production facilities, eco-agricultural technology and engineering system, and management model of the "Jiangnan Water Village sightseeing Ecological Agriculture Park" planning and construction model. This paper empirically studies the planning and design of the "sightseeing Eco-agricultural Park in the South Yangtze River of Xinzhuang, Changshu", and illustrates the general situation and conditions of the project, the planning basis, the planning principle, the train of thought, the goal and the functional zoning. The project is divided into four parts: Guoji Fish Pond demonstration Garden, High efficiency Fishery demonstration Garden, the "one District and three Gardens" space structure of the Jiangnan Water Village sightseeing Park. The park has completed the road traffic, water conservancy system, ecological greening, landscape system, and tourism service facilities in the park. The paper puts forward the management and economic analysis of the park.
