基坑工程施工质量风险管理研究与应用

【摘要】:改革开放以来,经济迅速增长,我国建筑业取得了长足的发展。各城市中的高层建筑、地铁车站的不断涌现,促进了基坑工程迅速增多,规模越来越大,开挖深度越来越深。而基坑工程具有工程量大、挖深大、形式复杂、施工难度大、环境干扰因素多等特点,在施工过程中,施工单位将面临着各种因素引起的施工质量风险。因此研究基坑工程施工质量风险管理,有助于预防和减少质量事故的发生。本文以“基坑工程施工质量风险管理”为研究对象,进行了以下的研究。 (1)分析了目前国内外工程质量管理和风险管理的现状,提出了基坑工程施工质量风险管理的研究意义。 (2)探讨了基坑工程施工质量风险管理的理论及其特点,构建了基坑工程施工质量风险管理流程,分析了质量风险的评价方法。 (3)结合对基坑工程施工质量的特点及质量风险的形成过程,分析了影响基坑工程施工质量风险的主要因素是人、材料、方法、机械和环境,建立了基坑工程施工质量风险评价指标体系及质量风险评价模型。 (4)以湖南省电力公司调度通信楼的基坑工程为实例,分析了影响基坑工程施工质量的因素,将模糊层次综合评价法建立的模型对具体基坑工程进行应用,判定评价风险等级,并提出对该工程的质量风险控制措施。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, rapid economic growth, China's construction industry has made considerable development. The continuous emergence of high-rise buildings and subway stations in various cities has promoted the rapid increase of foundation pit engineering, the larger the scale and the deeper the excavation depth. The foundation pit engineering has the characteristics of large amount of engineering, deep excavation, complex form, difficult construction and many environmental interference factors. In the process of construction, the construction unit will face the construction quality risk caused by various factors. Therefore, the study of foundation pit construction quality risk management is helpful to prevent and reduce the occurrence of quality accidents. In this paper, "Foundation pit construction quality risk management" as the research object, carried out the following research. The main contents are as follows: (1) the present situation of project quality management and risk management at home and abroad is analyzed, and the significance of research on risk management of foundation pit construction quality is put forward. (2) the theory and characteristics of quality risk management in foundation pit construction are discussed, the risk management flow of foundation pit construction quality is constructed, and the evaluation method of quality risk is analyzed. (3) combined with the characteristics of foundation pit construction quality and the forming process of quality risk, the main factors influencing the quality risk of foundation pit construction are people, materials, methods, machinery and environment. The quality risk evaluation index system and quality risk evaluation model of foundation pit construction are established. (4) taking the foundation pit engineering of the dispatching communication building of Hunan Electric Power Company as an example, the factors influencing the construction quality of the foundation pit engineering are analyzed. The model established by the fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to the concrete foundation pit project and the risk grade is evaluated. The quality risk control measures of the project are put forward.
