太阳辐射作用下大跨度钢结构塔架温度场及应力分析

【摘要】:太阳辐射时非均匀温度作用是对大跨度钢结构塔架影响较大的作用之一,由于钢材的导热性能好,温度影响更加显著.利用有限元软件建立瞬态热结构耦合分析大跨度钢结构整体模型,利用ASHARE晴空模型分析塔架结构整体模型随时间变化的温度场分布规律.然后利用热分析得到的温度场作为温度荷载施加到整体模型的各个节点上,获得塔架整体结构的变形和应力分布规律,给出塔架所在地区太阳辐射作用下整体结构的最大变形量和最大应力值及其分布位置,为施工和设计提供参考和数据支持.
[Abstract]:The effect of inhomogeneous temperature on the tower of long-span steel structure is more obvious due to the good thermal conductivity of steel. The transient thermal structure coupling analysis model of long span steel structure is established by finite element software, and the temperature field distribution law of tower structure whole model with time is analyzed by ASHARE clear sky model. Then the temperature field obtained by thermal analysis is applied to each node of the whole model as a temperature load, and the deformation and stress distribution of the whole tower structure is obtained. The maximum deformation and maximum stress value of the whole structure under the action of solar radiation in the area of tower and its distribution position are given, which can provide reference and data support for construction and design.
