新型密肋空心楼盖结构选型研究

【摘要】:随着我国建筑业的发展,密肋空心楼盖结构得到了广泛的应用。为满足现代建筑对自重轻、空间大和层高矮的限制、间隔自由及抗震性能好等要求,单一的楼盖体系已经不能满足需要,各种新型的楼盖体系应运而生。楼盖的选型和布置不但关系到结构受力的好坏,,而且对结构的正常使用、造价高低以及室内景观效果和施工便利等因素有着重大的关系。而针对不同的工程项目如何选取合适的楼盖结构,选取什么样的楼盖结构才能既提高工效又经济合理,成为一个迫切需要解决的问题。 本文主要针对新型密肋空心楼盖中的蜂巢芯楼盖、薄壁方箱楼盖、叠合箱楼盖、BM棚膜密肋楼盖进行分析研究,并与普通梁板楼盖、井字梁楼盖、传统密肋楼盖进行对比分析,主要研究技术内容有:(1)对研究的各种楼盖的结构性能进行对比分析;(2)对各种楼盖的施工工艺进行对比分析,阐述各种楼盖的施工难点及质量控制要点;(3)结合工程实例对各种楼盖的工程造价及施工工效进行对比分析;(4)对各种楼盖的综合效益进行对比分析,最终找出新型密肋空心楼盖的合理适用范围。 通过本文的研究得出以下结论:(1)现浇混凝土新型密肋空心楼盖适应于大跨度、大荷载的结构体系,尤其适应于跨度大于7.8米、地下水位高、地基坚硬、覆土厚度大的地下结构。(2)现浇混凝土空心楼盖虽然现在应用较为广泛,但发展受到内部模具的限制。因此,研制高强、轻质、价格低廉、工厂化加工程度高、质优的内部模具是重中之重。(3)按照相应子目套用现有定额计价,基本能满足现有材料消耗和市场价要求,但需相应补充部分定额条目。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's construction industry, multi-ribbed hollow floor structure has been widely used. In order to meet the requirements of modern buildings, such as light weight, large space and short height, free spacing and good seismic performance, a single floor system has been unable to meet the needs, and a variety of new floor systems emerged as the times require. The selection and arrangement of floor is not only related to the strength of the structure, but also to the normal use of the structure, the level of cost, the indoor landscape effect and the convenience of construction and other factors. It is an urgent problem that how to select the appropriate floor structure and what kind of floor structure can improve the efficiency and economy of different projects. In this paper, the honeycomb core floor, thin-walled box floor, laminated box floor, and BM roof are analyzed and compared with the conventional beam slab floor, the well beam floor and the traditional multi-ribbed floor, which are mainly used for the analysis of the honeycomb core floor, thin-walled box floor, superimposed box floor and BM roof in the new type of multi-ribbed hollow floor. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) comparative analysis of the structural performance of various floor structures, (2) comparative analysis of construction techniques of various floor structures, and elaboration of construction difficulties and key points of quality control of various floors; (3) comparing and analyzing the engineering cost and construction efficiency of various floor floors in combination with engineering examples; (4) comparing and analyzing the comprehensive benefits of various floor floors, and finally finding out the reasonable scope of application of the new type of multi-ribbed hollow floor. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) A new type of cast-in-place concrete hollow floor is suitable for long-span and large-load structural systems, especially for structures with a span of more than 7.8 meters, high groundwater level and hard foundation. (2) Cast-in-place concrete hollow floor is widely used, but its development is limited by internal mould. Therefore, the development of internal mould with high strength, light weight, low price, high degree of factory processing and excellent quality is the most important one. (3) applying the existing quota valuation according to the corresponding subhead can basically meet the requirements of the current material consumption and market price. However, it is necessary to supplement some quota items accordingly.
