超深基坑支护方案分析与决策研究

【摘要】:随着国内经济和城市建设的飞速发展,大型高层建筑的建设如火如荼,市中心地下空间的利用价值越来越高,开挖地下三层以上的大型深基坑工程项目越来越多。一方面深基坑开挖与建设技术得到了长足的发展,出现了许多的建设技术和方案;另一方面随着社会的进步和相关法律、法规的完善,对深基坑开挖工程在周边环境影响、施工安全、施工质量、进度、成本等多方面都提出了更高的要求。 如何在众多的建设技术方案中通过全面科学的分析选择出最科学、经济合理的方案,是项目管理者经常遇到的课题。 本文在深入剖析超深基坑支护工程现状以及存在问题的基础上,,全面探讨了各种支护技术的优点、不足,通过较全面的评价和分析,以实际案例为依据,对除常见因素如工程可靠度、工程造价、工期外,还有施工难易程度、环境影响等因素进行全面分析研究,建立较完整的评价分析与决策体系,为类似问题提供较好的解决方案。 论文主要做了以下工作: (一)首先对国内常见深基坑施工技术进行分析研究; (二)对南益广场项目进行分析研究; (三)采用层次分析法(AHP法)进行方案决策研究。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of domestic economy and urban construction, the construction of large high-rise buildings is in full swing, the utilization value of underground space in the city center is more and more high, and there are more and more large-scale deep foundation pit projects excavating more than three underground floors. On the one hand, the excavation and construction technology of deep foundation pit has been greatly developed, and many construction techniques and schemes have emerged; on the other hand, with the progress of society and the improvement of relevant laws and regulations, the excavation of deep foundation pit has been affected on the surrounding environment. Construction safety, construction quality, schedule, cost and other aspects have put forward higher requirements. How to choose the most scientific and economical scheme through comprehensive and scientific analysis in many construction technical schemes is a subject often encountered by project managers. On the basis of deeply analyzing the present situation and existing problems of the supporting engineering of ultra-deep foundation pit, this paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of various supporting technologies in an all-round way. Through comprehensive evaluation and analysis, based on the actual cases, In addition to the common factors such as engineering reliability, project cost, time limit, construction difficulty, environmental impact and so on, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis and study on the factors, such as engineering reliability, project cost, time limit, and so on, and establishes a relatively complete evaluation, analysis and decision system. To provide a better solution to similar problems. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) analysis and research on common deep foundation pit construction technology in China; (2) analysis and research on Nanyi Square project; (3) Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to study the scheme decision.
