某城市综合体弱电智能化工程设计

【摘要】:自世界第一座智能大厦——-美国哈特福德市的City Place大厦的诞生以来,世界各国的智能建筑纷纷得到了蓬勃的发展。在全球化经济的今天,国内智能建筑产业已和国际接轨,各大城市均开始了大规模的基础设施建设,政务楼、商务楼、办公楼、住宅楼等新建建筑均朝着智能化的方向发展。其中,特别是城市综合体项目,它是集商业、办公、住宅等为一体,并能满足人们日常基本生活的智能建筑,因此得到了许多大型开发商的青睐。 智能建筑智能化性能的优劣取决于其弱电智能化设计,一个合理、成熟、经济、节能、绿色的弱电智能化设计将对其智能性功能的体现起到决定性作用。城市综合体是一个比较复杂的智能建筑工程,其弱电智能化设计涉及到多个子系统的设计,如何较好的使整个城市综合体具有与其相适应的智能化功能,是其设计的重点。 本文设计了某个城市综合体弱电智能化系统,并从工程弱电智能化系统的设计原则、系统组成和各个子系统的设计等方面进行了全面阐述。首先,简要的介绍了城市综合体弱电智能化系统的实用性、可靠性、先进性、扩展性、标准化和经济性等设计理念以及BAS(楼宇自动化系统)、OAS(办公自动化系统)、CAS(通讯自动化系统)、SAS(安防自动化系统)、FAS(消防自动化系统)的5A设计标准和设计规范。接着,详细地介绍了弱电智能化系统的基本结构,并对各个子系统的组成、功能和设计原则等进行了阐述。然后,结合工程实例,对综合布线系统、建筑设备自动化系统、安全技术防范系统(包括入侵报警系统、视频安防监控系统、电子巡更系统、停车场管理系统、访客对讲系统)、有线电视系统、公共广播与背景音乐系统、电子信息发布系统等六个子系统的设计进行了具体的说明,给出了具体的设计方案(文字说明)以及系统图和设备清单(图表说明)。最后对本次设计进行了总结,并对弱电智能化系统的意义和发展前景进行了简要的说明。
[Abstract]:Since the birth of the world's first intelligent building, the City Place Building in Hartford, the world's intelligent buildings have been booming. With the globalization of economy, the domestic intelligent building industry has been in line with the international standards. Large scale infrastructure construction, government buildings, commercial buildings, office buildings, residential buildings and other newly built buildings have developed towards the direction of intelligence. Among them, especially the urban complex project, it is a collection of commercial, office, residential and other intelligent buildings, and can meet the basic daily life of people, so it has been favored by many large developers. The intelligence performance of intelligent building depends on its intelligent design of weak electricity. A reasonable, mature, economical, energy-saving and green intelligent design of weak electricity will play a decisive role in the embodiment of its intelligent function. Urban complex is a complex intelligent building project. Its weak electricity intelligent design involves the design of many subsystems. How to make the whole urban complex have the intelligent function to adapt to it is the key point of its design. In this paper, an intelligent system of weak electricity in a city complex is designed, and the design principle, system composition and the design of each subsystem of the intelligent system of weak electricity in engineering are expounded in an all-round way. First of all, this paper briefly introduces the practical, reliable, advanced, extensible, standardized and economical design concepts of the urban complex weak electricity intelligent system and BAS (building automation system), OAS (office automation system). 5A Design Standard and Design Specification of CAS (Communication Automation system,), SAS (, Security and Defense Automation system,), FAS (Fire Control Automation system). Then, the basic structure of the intelligent weak current system is introduced in detail, and the composition, function and design principle of each subsystem are expounded. Then, combined with engineering examples, the integrated wiring system, building equipment automation system, security technology prevention system (including intrusion alarm system, video security monitoring system, electronic patrol system, parking lot management system, etc. Visitors intercom system), CATV system, public broadcasting and background music system, electronic information distribution system and other six subsystems are described in detail. The detailed design scheme (text description) and system diagram and equipment list (chart description) are given. Finally, the design is summarized, and the significance and development prospect of the intelligent weak current system are briefly explained.
