工程建设报建阶段进度控制研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济建设的高速发展,建设工程类项目如何有效管理,使建设项目在运用新型科学技术的前提下,真正做到维护民生、统一城市规划以及自然资源可持续循环利用。这些正是国家和人民群众所关心的重大问题。 目前,建设部对建筑工程等类似项目颁布了相应的管理条例。同时当地政府更是结合了当地的具体情况,对建设工程的各环节项目制定出更为细致的规定,便于有效地开展工程报建工作,及时完成建设工程前期报建手续。其中施工许可证的顺利取得正是保证按时完成建设工程项目的重要环节。 本文通过具体分析研究在建设工程项目前期报建阶时段所产生的各种问题,并利用项目管理中工作分解结构、关键路径法、网络图法等方法,将报建阶段的工作进行梳理总结,从而创建出3W模型。 本文创建的3W模型,通过将报建阶段中的具体工作分成三个方面:设计、招标、审批工作内容,进行工作分解,资源分配,项目进度安排,得出项目关键路径。 3W模式的运用不仅提高了报建工作效率,缩短整个建设工程项目的时间,而且能更有效地使用企业有限的资源,控制整个项目成本。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economic construction, how to manage the construction project effectively so that the construction project can maintain the people's livelihood, unify the urban planning and the sustainable recycling of natural resources under the premise of using the new science and technology. These are the major issues of concern to the state and the masses of the people. At present, the Ministry of Construction of similar projects such as construction promulgated the corresponding regulations. At the same time, the local government has made more detailed regulations on each link of the construction project in combination with the local specific conditions, which is convenient to carry out the project report and construction work effectively, and to complete the construction procedure of the early stage of the construction project in time. The smooth acquisition of construction license is an important link to ensure the timely completion of construction projects. In this paper, through the concrete analysis and study of various problems arising in the pre-construction stage of the construction project, and by using the methods of work breakdown structure, critical path method, network diagram and so on in project management, the paper summarizes the work in the stage of application and construction. Thus the 3W model is created. The 3W model which is created in this paper is divided into three aspects: design, bidding, examination and approval of work content, work decomposition, resource allocation, project schedule arrangement, and get the key path of the project. The application of 3W mode not only improves the efficiency of construction application, shortens the time of the whole construction project, but also effectively uses the limited resources of the enterprise and controls the whole project cost.
