电梯智能控制系统的分析与设计

【摘要】:本文结合国内外电梯控制系统的实际情况,对基于嵌入式系统的电梯控制器进行了研究,将嵌入式实时操作系统应用于电梯控制系统,研究了电梯控制器的软件和硬件。本文的内容主要有: 1、总结并挖掘现有电梯控制系统的技术特点,,对电梯控制系统的总体架构进行分析,阐明组成控制系统各部分的基本功能及原理,并给出组成控制器硬件的通信原理及实现方法; 2、引入嵌入式操作系统作为控制器内核,搭建硬件体系结构。电梯控制器的硬件结构主要由微型CPU、OS和基础部件组成,在这一部分将详细论述硬件结构的搭建过程、通信线路的选择及比较、电梯调度和控制原理和对外接口。硬件平台采用AT91R M9200,总体设计采用两层板体,并对外层的电路给出详细的设计方法,这其中有以太网部件,Modem部件, CAN部件,I/O部件和对外操作界面。对于I/O部件和对外操作界面的设计是本文的一大创新点,采用了CPLD进行了控制,且研究了其在硬件结构的搭建过程中起到的作用。 3、对电梯控制系统的软件平台进行了设计。先对软件平台的整体结构进行了讨论和设计,进而对Linux环境下每个部件的软件实现进行了研究,从而给出了基于本文所研究的电梯控制器的单梯软件控制流程。文中还对控制任务进行了详细地划分和处理,通过软件编程实现了基本的控制任务。 4、本文还对所涉及的电梯控制器进行了模拟仿真,仿真结果表明,本文设计的电梯控制器具有良好的逻辑控制功能,这给未来继续研究高级智能控制电梯提供了良好的基础思路。 本文研究并得到了基于嵌入式系统的电梯控制器模型,这对作者未来从事电梯方面的相关教学工作是大有裨益的。
[Abstract]:Combined with the actual situation of elevator control system at home and abroad, the elevator controller based on embedded system is studied in this paper. The embedded real-time operating system is applied to elevator control system, and the software and hardware of elevator controller are studied. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. Summarize and excavate the technical characteristics of the existing elevator control system, analyze the overall structure of the elevator control system, clarify the basic functions and principles of each part of the control system. The communication principle and realization method of the controller hardware are also given. 2. The embedded operating system is introduced as the controller kernel, and the hardware architecture is built. The hardware structure of elevator controller is mainly composed of micro CPU,OS and basic components. In this part, the construction process of hardware structure, the selection and comparison of communication lines, the principle of elevator dispatching and control and the external interface are discussed in detail. The hardware platform adopts AT91R M9200, and the overall design adopts two-layer board body. The detailed design method of the outer circuit is given, including Ethernet, Modem, CAN, I / O and external operation interface, among which the Ethernet part, the Modem part, the CAN part, the I / O part and the external operation interface are given in detail. The design of I / O part and external operating interface is one of the innovations in this paper. CPLD is used to control it and its role in the construction of hardware structure is studied. 3. The software platform of elevator control system is designed. Firstly, the whole structure of the software platform is discussed and designed, and then the software implementation of each component in Linux environment is studied, and the single ladder software control flow based on the elevator controller studied in this paper is given. The control task is divided and processed in detail, and the basic control task is realized by software programming. The simulation results show that the elevator controller designed in this paper has good logic control function. This provides a good basic idea for the future study of advanced intelligent control elevator. This paper studies and obtains the elevator controller model based on embedded system, which is of great benefit to the author's teaching work on elevator in the future.
