框架—剪力墙结构的理论分析与实例设计

【摘要】:框架-剪力墙结构亦称为框架-抗震墙结构,简称为框剪结构,它是由框架和剪力墙组成的结构体系。这种结构不仅具有框架结构布置灵活、延性好、使用方便的特点,可以满足不同功能的建筑的使用要求,同时由于剪力墙的存在结构刚度较大,抗震抗风能力较强,能够大大的减少结构的侧向位移,是一种比较好的抗侧力体系,因而广泛应用于高层办公建筑和旅馆建筑中。 本文介绍了框架-剪力墙结构中剪力墙的布置原则,说明了剪力墙在框剪结构中的重要性,在理论分析的基础上,利用PKPM软件对邯郸峰恒公司内陆港项目综合楼进行了建模分析,详细介绍了用PKPM软件进行设计时应注意的问题及参数的选取原则,为框架-剪力墙结构设计提供了参照依据,对框架-剪力墙结构的抗震性能进行了分析。 最后,本文对所做的工作进行了总结,并指出今后需要进一步研究的问题。
[Abstract]:Frame-shear wall structure is also called frame-seismic wall structure, which is called frame shear structure. It is a structure system composed of frame and shear wall. This kind of structure not only has the characteristics of flexible arrangement, good ductility and convenient use of frame structure, but also can meet the requirements of different functions of buildings. At the same time, because of the existence of shear wall structure stiffness, earthquake resistance and wind resistance is stronger. Can greatly reduce the lateral displacement of the structure, is a relatively good lateral force resistance system, so it is widely used in high-rise office buildings and hotel buildings. In this paper, the layout principle of shear wall in frame-shear wall structure is introduced, and the importance of shear wall in frame-shear wall structure is explained. The modeling and analysis of the complex building of inland port project of Handan Fengheng Company is carried out by using PKPM software. The problems that should be paid attention to and the selection principle of parameters when designing with PKPM software are introduced in detail, which provides a reference basis for the structural design of frame-shear wall. The seismic behavior of frame-shear wall structure is analyzed. Finally, this paper summarizes the work done and points out the problems that need further study in the future.
