长沙城市绿地对暴雨积水缓解作用的研究

【摘要】:社会发展时代进步,催生了更加便利的城市生活。城市在带给人们无数方便的同时,问题也不断凸显,其中暴雨积水是对内陆城市威胁最大的城市灾害。论文在收集整理城市暴雨积水方面研究进展的基础上,通过文献研究法、实地勘察法、空间类比法和综合研究法对长沙城区暴雨积水的情况进行了现状调研,在此基础上,展开对缓解城市积水问题的研究,以期为同类型的城市建设提供参考。 论文从以下几个方面进行研究:通过对长沙暴雨积水现状的调查,发现市区内现存三十四处暴雨易积水点,并就积水原因进行分析,指出长沙暴雨积水主要是由于极端天气诱发、城市底面过度硬化、城市低凹地转化建设用地、城市地下排水系统落后四方面原因形成。并进一步通过横向比对江西赣州福寿沟百年不涝的案例,提出向和谐环境学习的思维,通过生态途径、社会途径、景观途径三个方面带来的启示,探索缓解积水的方法。 提出雨水资源利用的观念,改变传统雨水是灾害而不是资源的“快排”思想,进而通过利用城市绿地增加渗透空间、利用低凹绿地空间增强蓄滞和利用绿地蓄滞水源浇灌绿地,形成“渗蓄用”模式,解决城市积水问题,变灾害积水为城市资源。在此基础上,探讨适合缓解长沙暴雨积水的措施,得出通过绿地缓解为最佳手段,并提出绿地布局原则,即统筹安排,尺度合理、均衡布局,重点突出、功能多样,安全保障、植物选择,美观实用四大原则。 论文最后以长沙中心片区为例,探讨城市绿地规划、传统水塘布局、现有绿地分布与暴雨积水点的关系,提出长沙中心城区应对暴雨积水绿地布局结构设想,即采用不同绿地形式缓解暴雨积水。
[Abstract]:The progress of the times of social development has given birth to a more convenient urban life. At the same time, the city brings people countless conveniences, but the problems are also highlighted, among which rainstorm water is the most threatening urban disaster in inland cities. On the basis of collecting and arranging the research progress of urban rainstorm water accumulation, this paper investigates the current situation of urban rainstorm water accumulation in Changsha City by literature research, field investigation, spatial analogy and comprehensive research. In order to provide reference for the construction of the same type of cities, the research on alleviating the problem of urban water accumulation is carried out. This paper studies the following aspects: through the investigation of the present situation of heavy rain water in Changsha, it is found that there are 34 rainstorms easy to accumulate water in the urban area, and the causes of water accumulation are analyzed. It is pointed out that the accumulation of heavy rain water in Changsha is mainly caused by extreme weather, excessive hardening of the bottom of the city, conversion of the urban low concave land to the construction land, and backwardness of the urban underground drainage system. By comparing the case of Fushougou in Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province for a hundred years, this paper puts forward the thinking of learning from harmonious environment, the enlightenment of ecological approach, social approach and landscape approach, and explores the methods to alleviate the accumulation of water. This paper puts forward the idea of rainwater resources utilization, changes the traditional thought that Rain Water is a disaster rather than a "quick discharge" of resources, and then uses urban green space to increase infiltration space, uses low concave green space to strengthen storage lag and uses green space storage water source to irrigate green space. Form the model of "seepage and storage", solve the problem of urban water accumulation, and turn the disaster water into urban resources. On this basis, this paper discusses the suitable measures to alleviate the storm-water accumulation in Changsha, and concludes that the best means is to alleviate the rainstorm water in Changsha, and puts forward the principles of green space layout, that is, overall arrangement, reasonable scale, balanced layout, prominent emphasis, diverse functions, and safety guarantee. Plant selection, aesthetic and practical four principles. Finally, taking Changsha central area as an example, the paper discusses the relationship between urban green space planning, traditional reservoir layout, existing green space distribution and rainstorm water accumulation points, and puts forward a tentative plan of urban green space layout structure for rainstorm water accumulation in Changsha central urban area. That is to say, different green forms are used to alleviate rainstorm water accumulation.
