核电牺牲混凝土高温及火灾损伤研究

【摘要】:针对掺加0~1.5 kg/m3聚丙烯纤维的核电牺牲混凝土开展高温与火灾试验.结果表明:牺牲混凝土在火灾作用下抗压强度变化不大,失重率为4.7%~5.8%.在400℃高温作用下抗压强度提高60%左右,失重率为5.0%~6.5%;800℃高温作用下强度损失20%左右,失重率为2.0%~2.5%;1 000℃高温作用后残余抗压强度仍有11~16 MPa,失重率为0.1%~0.2%.牺牲混凝土高温熔融温度为1 180~1 210℃,聚丙烯纤维掺加对牺牲混凝土熔融温度、抗压强度损伤以及熔融产物类型影响较小,但加速混凝土早期自由水排出,防止牺牲混凝土火灾爆裂.
