不间断制热技术应用于热泵机的实验测试

【摘要】:介绍了3种常规的不间断制热技术,包括电热式、辐射式和蓄热式。选用蓄热式技术应用于16kW商用机,实验测试得出蓄热式技术对提升制热量效果明显,低温制热量有8%~15%的提升;可抑制结霜,减少结霜量,同时缩短化霜时间1~3min;室内机出风口温度相比常规空调有3~5℃的提升。
[Abstract]:Three kinds of conventional uninterrupted heating techniques are introduced, including electrothermal, radiative and regenerative. The regenerative technology is used in 16kW commercial computer. The experimental test shows that the regenerative technology has obvious effect on raising the heating capacity, the low temperature heating capacity is increased by 8%, the frost formation can be inhibited, the frost volume can be reduced, and the defrosting time is shortened for 1 min.
