BIM协同设计在某建筑设计项目中的应用研究

【摘要】:随着现代建筑业全球化、城市化、可持续化发展,我们面临着建筑业效率问题、建筑业信息化问题、建筑造型以及功能复杂的问题等多重挑战。在建筑设计企业内部,二维工作状态下的建筑协同设计已经完全不能适应这种挑战,而BIM(Building Information Modjeling)建筑信息模型作为一个新兴事物为建筑协同设计提供了一个新的工作平台。 本文首先提出当前社会发展对建筑业的三种要求以及建筑业面临四种问题的挑战。介绍本文的相关理论,建筑协同设计的概念和特点,以及BIM的定义、特点、软件及建筑设计信息互用。面对国内外BIM应用研究的现状,提出本文的研究内容为针对具体某建筑设计项目的BIM协同设计应用研究,希望以点带面对某建筑设计院的BIM协同设计应用和推广提供参考。 从第二章开始,本文对某建筑设计项目的背景和项目设计的难点进行了介绍,分析在二维的工作状态下某建筑设计项目设计工作所面临的问题:工作效率与设计质量、专业内与专业间的协调、项目设计阶段的衔接、传统二维管线综合,明确该设计项目实施BIM4协同设计的原因。 然后从建筑专业、结构专业、设备专业的角度分析了BIM软件的技术难点,对比BIM协同设计在方案和施工图两个建筑设计阶段所涉及的内容,总结出适合本项目BIM协同设计的切入点。 其次介绍BIM协同的两种工作模式,即工作集模式和链接模式。分析两种模式的区别,比较工作集模式和链接模式的优缺点。依照项目拆分及协同模式选择的原则,总结出本项目BIM协同设计的模式。 最后在项目的应用实施中,重点对BIM应用的前期准备、模型设计程度的控制、碰撞检测与质量控制、BIM在该项目适应性进行分析,总结BIM协同设计在该项目上存在的问题,并提出本人的建议:制定企业级的设计标准、转变设计人员的设计思想与方法、结合运用CAD和REVIT.加强设计人员的培训。
[Abstract]:With the globalization, urbanization and sustainable development of modern construction industry, we are faced with many challenges, such as construction efficiency, construction information, architectural modeling and complex functions. In the interior of architectural design enterprises, architectural collaborative design under the state of two-dimensional work has been completely unable to adapt to this challenge. As a new thing, BIM (Building Information Modjeling) architecture information model provides a new working platform for architectural collaborative design. This paper first puts forward three kinds of requirements of the current social development to the construction industry and the challenges of the construction industry facing four kinds of problems. This paper introduces the related theory, the concept and characteristics of architectural collaborative design, the definition and characteristics of BIM, and the mutual use of software and architectural design information. In the face of the present situation of BIM application research at home and abroad, the research content of this paper is the application research of BIM collaborative design for a specific architectural design project, hoping to provide a reference for the application and popularization of BIM collaborative design in a certain architectural design institute. Beginning from the second chapter, this paper introduces the background of a certain architectural design project and the difficulties of the project design, and analyzes the problems faced by the design work of a certain architectural design project under the two-dimensional working condition: working efficiency and design quality. The coordination between major and specialty, the connection of project design stage, the synthesis of traditional two-dimensional pipeline, and the reasons for implementing BIM4 collaborative design in this design project are clarified. Then it analyzes the technical difficulties of BIM software from the point of view of architecture specialty, structure specialty and equipment specialty, and compares the contents of BIM collaborative design in two stages of architectural design: scheme and construction drawing. Summarize the breakthrough point suitable for BIM collaborative design of this project. Secondly, it introduces two working modes of BIM collaboration, that is, working set mode and link mode. The differences between the two modes are analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of the working set pattern and the link mode are compared. According to the principle of project splitting and collaborative mode selection, the BIM collaborative design pattern of this project is summarized. Finally, in the application implementation of the project, it focuses on the preliminary preparation of BIM application, the control of the degree of model design, collision detection and quality control, the adaptability of BIM in the project, and summarizes the existing problems of BIM collaborative design in the project. And put forward my suggestion: make the design standard of the enterprise, change the design thought and method of the designer, combine the use of CAD and REVIT. Strengthen the training of designers.
