亚热带地区冷巷设计研究

【摘要】:建筑的气候适应性问题一直以来是个老生常谈的问题。特别是当前随着建筑技术的发展,建筑对不同气候环境的适应能力不断提高,同时加大了对能源的消耗,但也削弱了建筑自身的地域性特点。面对全球性的能源与环境的危机,建筑空间的气候适应性研究也越来越得到重视。 在亚热带炎热气候的长期影响下,传统民居在营造过程中自发形成了一系列朴素有效的气候适应性空间与技术,以适应本地气候,因此传统空间具有良好的借鉴作用,对建筑节能也意义重大。而冷巷是亚热带传统建筑中最典型的空间类型之一,也是一种突出的通风节能技术,具有良好的气候适应性,在现代建筑中运用具有积极的意义。 本文首先通过对传统居民中冷巷形成、空间布局、空间形式、材料等进行总结,结合前人实测、调研、模拟等资料的整理,较为系统地归纳了冷巷的作用机理与方法。其次,随着时代变迁和科技进步,文章对传统冷巷空间的衍变与发展过程进行论述,提出现代冷巷概念,并系统性地阐述其空间特征。在微观层面对现代冷巷的空间构成要素与特点进行详细探讨,,并从中观层面上对现代冷巷空间进行分类,以求对现代冷巷有一个全面、清晰的认识。最后通过调研与案例分析,试图提出一些规律性、共识性的原则,并探讨其空间设计方法与空间处理手段,以实现舒适高效的现代冷巷空间,对现代建筑设计起到一定的借鉴意义。 本文通过研究与探讨,倡导将冷巷融入现代建筑中,为其提供有效的气候适应性设计手法。并鼓励人们在亚热带现代建筑创作时有意识地引入冷巷技术,延续传统精神,体现建筑地域性,同时为传统空间的现代演绎提供一种新的思路与参考。
[Abstract]:The climate adaptability of buildings has always been a cliche. Especially with the development of building technology, the adaptability of architecture to different climate environment has been improved, and the consumption of energy has been increased, but also weakened the regional characteristics of architecture itself. In the face of global energy and environmental crisis, the climate adaptability of building space has been paid more and more attention. Under the long-term influence of the subtropical hot climate, a series of simple and effective adaptive climate space and technology have been formed spontaneously in the process of building the traditional residential buildings, so the traditional space has a good reference function. It is also of great significance to building energy conservation. The cold lane is one of the most typical space types in the traditional subtropical buildings, and it is also an outstanding ventilation and energy saving technology. It has good climate adaptability and has a positive significance in the application of modern buildings. This paper summarizes the formation, spatial layout, spatial form and material of the traditional residential cold lane, and summarizes the mechanism and method of the cold lane by combining with the data of the previous survey, investigation, simulation and so on. Secondly, with the change of times and the progress of science and technology, this paper discusses the evolution and development of the traditional cold lane space, puts forward the concept of modern cold lane, and systematically expounds its spatial characteristics. In order to have a comprehensive and clear understanding of the modern cold lane, this paper discusses in detail the spatial elements and characteristics of the modern cold lane at the micro level, and classifies the space of the modern cold lane from the middle level. Finally, through investigation and case analysis, this paper tries to put forward some principles of regularity and consensus, and probes into its space design method and space processing means, in order to realize comfortable and efficient modern cold lane space. For modern architectural design to play a certain reference. Through research and discussion, this paper advocates the integration of cold roadway into modern architecture, and provides an effective design method for climate adaptability. It also encourages people to consciously introduce cold lane technology in the creation of modern architecture in the subtropics, to continue the traditional spirit, to reflect the regional nature of architecture, and to provide a new way of thinking and reference for the modern deduction of traditional space.
