南京下关区城市公共休闲设施规划研究

【摘要】：休闲产业与休闲活动将成为我国产业发展和国民需求的重要组成部分，国家有关部门在《休闲绿皮书》、《国民旅游休闲纲要》中都有了较明确的产业规划导向，但城市规划和建设中往往忽略了与休闲活动相关的空间载体的系统规划，导致城市提供的休闲设施难以令市民满意。目前与居民活动相关的休闲设施的规划大都分布在城市各层面规划或其它专项规划中，尚缺乏系统的公共休闲设施专项规划的技术规范和实践。在休闲时代背景下，本文将以公共休闲设施专项规划的定位，重点以本市居民闲暇时间使用频率比较多，并具有公共开放性特征的休闲活动为主要研究对象。探索休闲设施（专项）规划的具体方法，为相关技术法规的制定提供技术参考。论文分为五个章节：第一章，主要介绍本论文研究的缘起，通过总结休闲学发展背景，探索休闲设施规划的目的与意义，确定本论文研究对象及研究方法。第二章，通过休闲经济学、环境、行为等相关理论、相关文献的解读以及研究动态的分析，判断休闲产业、休闲需求、休闲设施规划的总体发展趋势。第三章，重点从休闲设施、休闲交通、休闲环境三个方面开展重点研究，，提出休闲设施规划的内容、深度、成果构成等专项规划要求。第四章，以南京下关区为例，通过休闲设施资源现状、市民休闲需求调查分析，在了解供需状况与问题分析基础上，对下关区城市公共休闲设施进行系统的规划研究。第五章是结语部分，是对本文观点的总结。全文字数约46900字，34幅图表（图17幅，表17幅）。
[Abstract]:Leisure industry and leisure activities will become an important part of the industrial development and national demand of our country. The relevant departments of the state have a clear industrial planning direction in the Leisure Green Book and the outline of National Tourism and Leisure. However, the systematic planning of space carriers related to leisure activities is often neglected in urban planning and construction, which makes the leisure facilities provided by cities difficult to satisfy the citizens. At present, the planning of leisure facilities related to residents' activities is mostly distributed in all levels of urban planning or other special planning, and there is still a lack of systematic technical norms and practice of special planning of public leisure facilities. Under the background of leisure time, this article will focus on the leisure activities which have the characteristics of public opening and the leisure activities which have the characteristics of public opening and have more leisure time use frequency than that of the residents in this city, which is the orientation of the special planning of the public leisure facilities. To explore the specific methods of leisure facilities (special) planning, to provide technical reference for the formulation of relevant technical regulations. The thesis is divided into five chapters: the first chapter mainly introduces the origin of this paper, through summing up the development background of leisure science, exploring the purpose and significance of leisure facilities planning, determine the research object and research method of this paper. The second chapter, through the leisure economics, environment, behavior and other related theories, the interpretation of relevant literature and the analysis of research trends, judging the overall development trend of leisure industry, leisure demand, leisure facilities planning. The third chapter focuses on the leisure facilities, leisure transportation, leisure environment from three aspects of the focus of research, leisure facilities planning content, depth, achievements and other special planning requirements. The fourth chapter takes Xiaguan District of Nanjing as an example, through the investigation and analysis of leisure facilities resources and leisure demand of citizens, on the basis of understanding the situation of supply and demand and the analysis of problems, this paper makes a systematic study on the planning of urban public leisure facilities in Xiaguan District. The fifth chapter is the conclusion part, is the summary to this article viewpoint. The full text is about 46900 words and 34 charts (17 figures, 17 tables).
