智能电力小区的设计与实现

【摘要】:为保障我国能源可持续发展,满足经济社会快速发展的用电需求,促进节能减排、发展低碳经济、提高服务水平,我国现阶段正在积极转变电网发展方式,确立了建设统一坚强智能电网的发展战略,涉及发电、输电、变电、配电、用电、调度六大生产环节。智能用电小区作为智能电网用电环节的重要组成部分,是实现电网与用户之间实时交互响应,增强电网综合服务能力,满足互动营销需求,提升服务水平的重要手段。智能电网作为将信息技术、通信技术、计算机技术和原有的输、配电基础设施高度集成而形成的新型电网,它具有提高能源效率、减少对环境的影响、提高供电的安全性和可靠性、减少输电网的电能损耗等多个优点。作为智能电网的重要组成部分,用电环节直接面向社会、面向用户,是社会各界感知和体验智能电网建设成果的主要途径。通过智能小区试点建设,验证智能用电关键技术成果,推进智能用电服务体系建设,在原有传统用电业务办理的基础上,开拓新型智能用电业务,为用户提供智能家居、电动汽车充电换电管理、分布式电源管理、能效管理等智能互动用电服务,,引导客户积极和主动参与需求响应,实现节能减排,提升质量。 本文在分析国内外智能小区理论与实践的基础上,按照国家电网公司坚持智能电网的战略部署,结合了小区用户的实际需要,通过电力光纤到楼、到户,承载用电信息采集、智能用电双向交互、三网融合等业务,实现用电监控、智能家居等目的,网络基础设施的共建共享等一系列特色服务,体现出良好的交互性和智能化特色。 本文在第二章对文章中要用到的概念和技术进行了详细的介绍和界定,第三章说明了智能小区的总体建设方案,特别是电力网络总体设计的互联互通、智能小区电力网络的信息流动和信息安全、智能小区电力网络可以应用的业务还有智能电力小区网络的运作方这四个方面。本文在第四章中重点从三个层次说明了智能电力网络的实现方法。首先详细介绍了电力光纤到户的网络建设,然后详细地说明了中间层智能交互系统的实现方法和怎么才能起到不但可以承接电力光纤到户网络的设计原则,还可以在其上添加业务应用,最后对本文的内容和贡献进行了全面的总结。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the sustainable development of energy in China, meet the rapid development of economic and social demand for electricity, promote energy saving and emission reduction, develop low-carbon economy, and improve the level of service, China is actively changing the mode of power grid development at the present stage. The development strategy of building a unified and strong smart grid is established, which involves six production links: generation, transmission, transformation, distribution, electricity consumption and dispatch. As an important part of smart grid power consumption, smart power district is an important means to realize the real-time interactive response between power grid and users, to enhance the comprehensive service capacity of power grid, to meet the interactive marketing demand, and to improve the service level. As a new type of power grid, smart grid, which integrates information technology, communication technology, computer technology and original transmission and distribution infrastructure, can improve energy efficiency and reduce the impact on the environment. Improve the security and reliability of power supply, reduce the power loss of transmission network and other advantages. As an important part of smart grid, power consumption is directly oriented to society and users, which is the main way for all sectors of society to perceive and experience the achievements of smart grid construction. Through the pilot construction of intelligent residential area, the key technology achievements of intelligent power consumption are verified, and the construction of intelligent power service system is promoted. On the basis of the original traditional electricity business management, new intelligent power consumption business is developed to provide intelligent home for users. Electric vehicle charging and switching management, distributed power management, energy efficiency management and other intelligent interactive power services, guide customers to actively and actively participate in demand response, achieve energy conservation and emission reduction, improve quality. On the basis of analyzing the theory and practice of intelligent residential area at home and abroad, according to the strategic deployment of smart grid, combining the actual needs of the users of the district, the paper collects the information of carrying power consumption through the power fiber to the building, to the house, to the home, according to the strategic deployment of the smart grid. A series of special services, such as bi-directional interaction of intelligent power consumption, integration of three networks and so on, can realize the purpose of electricity monitoring, intelligent home and network infrastructure construction and sharing, etc., which embody good interactivity and intelligent features. In the second chapter, the concept and technology used in this paper are introduced and defined in detail. The third chapter explains the overall construction scheme of intelligent community, especially the interconnection of the overall design of power network. The information flow and information security of intelligent district power network, the application of intelligent district power network and the operation of intelligent power cell network are four aspects. In the fourth chapter, the realization method of intelligent power network is explained from three levels. This paper introduces the network construction of power fiber to home in detail, and then explains the realization method of intelligent interactive system in the middle layer and how to play the design principle that can not only undertake the power fiber to the home network. It can also be added to the business application, and the content and contribution of this paper are summarized.
