建筑工程BIM结构分析与设计方法研究

【摘要】:现代建筑工程发展迅速,呈现出全球化、信息化与可持续化的特点。尤其在我国,建筑工程的发展正处于日新月异的阶段。传统的二维模型设计方法已经不能满足现阶段的设计要求。在计算机的辅助下,建筑信息模型BIM (Building Information Modeling)给建筑工程带来了全新定义,在建筑工程全生命周期内,通过多维参数模型与多视图,支持不同BIM用户的数据交互和共享、协调数据变更和管理、优化和预测数据模拟。不同BIM用户对BIM的理解和应用有所不同,在结构工程设计方面也有自己的特点。 本文对建筑工程BIM的特点进行了详细介绍,对BIM的产生与意义、国内外发展现状及理论特点等方面进行了概括。针对不同的建筑工程BIM用户,介绍了BIM的应用特点和主要应用软件。 结构设计工程中,主要的问题是模型的建立和分析。通过模型实例对BIM在结构工程中的使用方法进行了介绍,对比了不同核心建模软件Revit系列和Bentley系列的使用特点,针对结构设计中遇到的各种实际问题进行了分析讨论。通过不同的API,将结构模型发送到不同的结构分析软件中,对比分析了针对不同分析软件的模型传递问题,尤其对与Revit结构核心建模软件结合紧密的Robot分析软件的使用方法进行了详细的介绍。 最后针对武汉岱家山科技楼项目进行了详细的结构建模和结构分析,并最终绘制了结构施工图,通过实例对比了结构设计过程,对结构工程设计与分析的整个过程有了更为详尽的认识。
[Abstract]:Modern architectural engineering develops rapidly and presents the characteristics of globalization, information and sustainability. Especially in our country, the development of building engineering is in the stage of rapid change. The traditional two-dimensional model design method can not meet the current design requirements. With the aid of computer, the building information model (BIM (Building Information Modeling) has brought a new definition to the construction engineering. In the whole life cycle of the building engineering, the multi-dimensional parameter model and the multi-view are used to support the data exchange and sharing of different BIM users. Coordinate data change and management, optimize and predict data simulation. Different BIM users have different understanding and application of BIM and have their own characteristics in structural engineering design. In this paper, the characteristics of BIM in construction engineering are introduced in detail, the emergence and significance of BIM, the development status and theoretical characteristics of BIM at home and abroad are summarized. The application characteristics and main application software of BIM are introduced for different BIM users of construction engineering. The main problem in structural design engineering is the establishment and analysis of models. The application method of BIM in structural engineering is introduced through a model example. The characteristics of different core modeling software Revit series and Bentley series are compared, and various practical problems encountered in structural design are analyzed and discussed. The structure model is sent to different structure analysis software by different API, and the problem of model transfer for different analysis software is compared and analyzed. In particular, the usage of Robot analysis software combined with the core modeling software of Revit structure is introduced in detail. At last, the detailed structure modeling and structure analysis of Wuhan Daijiashan Science and Technology Building are carried out, and the structure construction drawing is drawn, and the structural design process is compared with an example. A more detailed understanding of the whole process of structural engineering design and analysis has been obtained.
