基于数理经济学视角的建筑设计创新研究

【摘要】：建筑设计创新研究是建筑学理论研究与设计实践的重要组成部分。在商品社会向着知识社会转变的大背景下研究建筑设计创新，必须理论联系实际，研究建筑设计创新如何转化为经济力量以及社会经济力量如何影响建筑设计创新。要在经济学中研究建筑学，在建筑学中研究经济学。但令人遗憾的是，对于这一重要领域的研究还不充分。本文正是以此为背景而产生的。 通过相关研究发现建筑学与经济学具有良好的相互交叉融合的基础，建筑学与经济学的交叉性研究可以为建筑设计创新提供有益的、更具深度的发展远景。以此为基础，以建筑设计创新研究为中心，利用经济学尤其是数理经济学的相关方法，重点研究以下四个问题并取得了有益的理论成果： 建筑设计创新的经济特征。经济特征是研究建筑设计创新的经济特性和经济价值。建筑设计创新活动的经济特性包含经济目的、商品属性和生产特征。建筑设计创新的社会经济价值——优化配置资源、满足社会需求、推动行业发展、催生新的技术与发明、固化人类的文明（丰富经济软环境）。这为进一步深入理解建筑设计创新提供了新的视角和解释。 建筑设计创新的产生机制。产生机制是研究建筑设计创新产生的经济环境与条件。通过研究建筑设计创新产生的经济环境因素（社会需求与供给，思想与科技变化的影响，个体性动力，与政治经济制度、市场及服务，以及与经济基础、环境资源的关系），，并归纳、提炼以上因素提出了建筑设计创新产生的数理模型，应用这些理论和模型可以切实可行、科学理性地探研一定社会区域中建筑设计创新的产生能力和提高改进的方向。 建筑设计创新的策略。创新策略是运用数理经济学原理寻找新的建筑设计创新的可能途径和方向。文章由建筑设计创新的目的与策略之间的关系入手，首先分析了建筑设计创新的经济性目的，以及建筑学中的重要理论问题——建筑要素目的，论证并提出了“空间形象、功能、经济”三个建筑要素，提出并解释了“建筑效用”这一概念。以此为基础，通过对建筑设计创新的重要问题——“适合”的研究，提出了“适合”就是在建筑设计创新中建筑效用与设计手段的适合，为这一问题提供了新的、更进一步的解释；并且借鉴经济学的一般均衡框架运用数理分析的方法推导建筑设计创新要素适合状态的存在，并以此为基础提出了“建筑设计创新适合策略”，为建筑设计创新提供了新的方法与可能途径。 建筑设计创新的应用。研究现实应用是为了揭示实现建筑设计创新所面临的现实经济环境及经济现实复杂性。针对创新策略的应用，研究了在实际设计中影响建筑设计创新实现的经济现实，重点归纳研究了：创新风险、经济外部性、创新交流、选择机制（公共选择机制与民主参与机制）、信息不对称（预期效用、有限理性、信号作用）五个方面，并以此为基础提出了影响建筑设计创新应用的数理模型，为建筑设计创新的理论与实践相结合提供了现实可行性。 在经济社会中，建筑设计创新与经济有着密切的关系，发现并研究这些显性或隐性的关联性，再运用科学理性的方式加以探讨和表达，对于建筑设计创新的进一步深入探研十分重要，对于建筑设计创新理论与实践的结合也是非常重要的。在建筑学与经济学交集的这一领域相关研究不很充分的情况下，本文跨出了探索性的一步。
