借鉴国外经验研究探讨我国古建筑保护及维护

【摘要】：随着经济的不断发展，文化软实力日渐受到人们的追捧。人们开始关注传统文化，更开始重视古建筑的保护及维护。经过长时间的实践、探索及积累，国外古建筑保护及维护逐渐形成了体系，特别是德国、法国、英国、日本等国家的保护机制相对完善。第一，从资金投入机制上来说，在德国，古建筑的保护及维护的资金主要来源于三个部分：联邦政府、州政府、社区自筹。第二，从古建筑维护和保护的基本步骤和原则来说，国外主要完整地保存古建筑的现状；对于古建筑在历史上的功能作用、材料和形状要留有一定的痕迹，就如同黑格尔所说“存在即合理”。每个时期的建筑都有特殊的历史意义，古建筑也要使人感受到本身的历史的延续性；第三，用发展的眼光对待古建筑，使改造和维护后的古建筑成为历史的叠加，而不仅仅是一个历史时期的产物；第四，给予古建筑新的使用功能。古建筑存在于现代社会，要使古建筑发挥其功能性。 无论是国外对待古建筑的重视程度,还是对古建筑的保护理念和保护的经验,都值得我国吸收和借鉴。我国虽然有着五千年的历史积淀，但古建筑保护工作还处于起步阶段。国外的经验对我国的古建筑保护事业有着重要的指导意义。“如何保护古建筑，如何对待古建筑”这一系列问题需要借鉴国外成功经验及先进理念。同时，通过对比，发现不足，吸收借鉴成功经验，，使我国的古建筑保护事业发展的更好，使我国悠久的历史文明得到长久的保存。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the soft power of culture is being sought after by people day by day. People began to pay attention to the traditional culture, more attention to the protection and maintenance of ancient buildings. After a long period of practice, exploration and accumulation, the protection and maintenance of foreign ancient buildings gradually formed a system, especially Germany, France, Britain, Japan and other countries relatively perfect protection mechanism. First, in Germany, funds for the preservation and maintenance of ancient buildings come from three main sources: the federal government, the state government, and the community. Secondly, from the basic steps and principles of the maintenance and protection of ancient buildings, the status quo of ancient buildings is mainly preserved in foreign countries. For the function of ancient architecture in history, the material and shape should leave some trace, just as Hegel said, "being is reasonable". The architecture of each period has special historical significance, and the ancient architecture should also make people feel the continuity of their own history. Third, treat the ancient architecture with the development vision, make the reconstruction and maintenance of the ancient building become the superposition of the history, not just the product of a historical period; fourth, give the old building a new use function. The ancient architecture exists in the modern society, it is necessary to make the ancient architecture play its function. Whether it is the degree of attention to ancient architecture abroad, or the protection concept and experience of ancient architecture, it is worth absorbing and drawing lessons from our country. Although China has five thousand years of history, the protection of ancient buildings is still in its infancy. The experience of foreign countries is of great significance to the protection of ancient buildings in our country. The problems of how to protect and treat the ancient buildings need to draw lessons from foreign successful experiences and advanced ideas. At the same time, through the comparison, finds the insufficiency, absorbs the successful experience, causes our country's ancient building protection enterprise to develop better, causes our country's long history civilization to obtain the long-term preservation.
