不同施工条件下砌体结构材料性能影响的试验研究

【摘要】:砌体结构在我国乃至世界有着悠久的历史,目前砌体结构仍作为建筑结构的一种重要形式,占有重要地位。近年来,在节能环保和发展绿色建筑的发展理念下,,一方面新型砌体块材、预拌砌筑砂浆及专用砂浆在砌体结构中的应用日益广泛,同时配筋砌块砌体、填充墙砌体及夹心复合墙砌体等新型理论不断得以提高和完善,因此砌体结构工程也取得了巨大创新和发展。在砌体结构不断发展的同时,也为砌体结构的施工技术提出新的要求和挑战。 本文是作者结合国家标准《砌体结构工程施工规范》编制过程中的试验研究,从不同底模对砂浆试块强度影响、砂浆放置时间对其强度的影响、空心砖砌块采用不同浇水方式对其含水率的影响等方面的试验和分析,主要是针对砌体结构工程,研究施工过程中采用不同的施工方法,对砌体材料性能及工程质量的影响程度。其中不同底模对砂浆试块强度影响的试验,采用了不同强度等级的水泥砂浆和混合砂浆在不同稠度下用砖底模和钢底模制作试块的不同影响进行了分析;对不同厂家的预拌砂浆放置相应时间后的强度影响采用试块强度值进行了试验分析;对空心砖砌块采用不同浇水方式对其含水率的影响及锚固拉结筋在不同工序条件下的锚固质量结合工程实际进行了检验和分析。 通过试验研究,结果表明水泥砂浆和混合砂浆随着稠度的增大,钢模与砖模相比,强度降低越多;针对砂浆施工过程中的放置时间宜控制在3h以内;对烧结粘土空心砖采用传统的浇水湿润控制方法,只要浇水方法得当,含水率的大小主要取决于浇水时间的长短;在后植拉结锚固钢筋施工中,清孔工艺和锚固筋植孔深度对钢筋锚固性能影响最为重要,且在地震区宜优先采用有机类锚固材料。因此施工过程中严格按照规范要求进行施工,对保证工程质量是十分重要和必要。
[Abstract]:Masonry structure has a long history in our country and even in the world. At present, masonry structure is still an important form of building structure and occupies an important position. In recent years, with the development of energy conservation and environmental protection and the development of green buildings, on the one hand, new masonry blocks, premixed masonry mortar and special mortar are increasingly used in masonry structures, while reinforced block masonry. New theories such as infilled wall masonry and sandwich wall masonry have been improved and perfected. Therefore, great innovation and development have been made in masonry structure engineering. With the development of masonry structure, new requirements and challenges are put forward for the construction technology of masonry structure. This paper is an experimental study on the influence of different bottom forms on the strength of mortar test blocks and the influence of mortar placement time on the strength of mortar in the process of compiling National Standard for masonry structural Engineering Construction Code. The test and analysis of the influence of different pouring methods on the water content of hollow brick block are mainly aimed at the masonry structure engineering, and the different construction methods are studied in the construction process. The degree of influence on the properties of masonry materials and engineering quality. The influence of different bottom moulds on the strength of mortar test blocks is analyzed. The different effects of different strength grades of cement mortar and mixed mortar on making test blocks with brick bottom die and steel bottom die under different consistency are analyzed. The influence of different manufacturers on the strength of pre-mixed mortar was analyzed by using the strength value of the test block. The effect of different pouring methods on the water content of hollow brick block and the combination of anchoring quality of anchoring tendons under different working procedures are tested and analyzed. The experimental results show that with the increase of consistency, the strength of the steel form decreases more than that of the brick mold, and the placing time of the mortar in the construction process should be controlled within 3 hours. For sintered clay hollow brick, the traditional control method of water wetting is adopted. As long as the pouring method is proper, the water content mainly depends on the length of pouring time. In the construction of post-plant-tension anchoring reinforcement, the effect of hole clearing technology and depth of anchoring reinforcement on the anchoring performance of reinforcement is the most important, and organic anchoring materials should be preferred in earthquake area. Therefore, it is very important and necessary to ensure the quality of the project.
