地域文化体验之农庄的规划设计研究

【摘要】：在城市化快速发展的进程中,休闲农业逐渐被人们所关注。各类休闲农业产区也依托自身固有的资源,进行过度地开发。其具体表现在项目的重复性,文化的单一性、体验的缺乏性等特征上。虽然经过岁月的沉淀,形成了如今这多元文化项目的产业时代,然则休闲农业的发展却仍然停留在以形式多元化代替文化多元化的发展道路。 休闲农庄产业的主题类项目开发,正不断地在趋向于一致。重复项目的多次开发,文化体验的严重缺乏,都将令广大的体验者们对产业的评价,表现出了反响平平,不容乐观之境地。一些农庄园区更是出现了阶段性地客源下降、效益降低等负面局面,更加呆滞了产业持续发展的动力。问题的解决有待于对产业本身的问题剖析,再进行系统合理的规划、并加以有针对性的设计实施。 因此本案研究大致如下： 第一章,就当下农庄旅游发展之状况,提出研究的可行性方案。 第二章,结合相关理论背景,在考虑系统且全面的规划设计项目时,所应注意到的三方制约因素。 其一,对产业本身关注,须探究于农庄的种类及其发展模式； 其二,关注于主题文化,须对地域文化的发掘及体验设计的传达有所讨论； 其三,关注于发展的可持续,不仅要依附于时代所赋予的生态可持续之基本要求,更应注重于产业利益发展的可持续。 第三章,通过对区域内正运营的农庄旅游项目的调查分析,综合论述各类农庄旅游项目之优劣情况。结合理论背景,提出地域文化体验之农庄的规划模式构建,即围绕以产权、地域文化、体验三者结合的设计模式。 第四章,综合以上观点,利用实际规划方案,将所探讨的设计模式在此案例中进行检验,查验不足。 通过本案例的研究,致力为休闲农庄的健康可持续发展提供一些多角度的不成熟的思考。
[Abstract]:In the process of rapid development of urbanization, leisure agriculture has gradually been concerned by people. All kinds of leisure agricultural production areas also rely on their own inherent resources, over-development. It is manifested in the repeatability of the project, the singularity of culture, the lack of experience and so on. Although the sedimentation of years has formed the industrial era of this multicultural project, the development of leisure agriculture is still in the way of replacing cultural diversity with form diversity. The theme project development of the leisure farm industry is moving towards consistency. The repeated development of the project and the serious lack of the cultural experience will make the vast number of experiencers evaluate the industry, showing a mediocre response and not optimistic situation. Some farm parks have appeared the negative situation, such as the decline of the tourist source and the decrease of the benefit, which makes the sustainable development of the industry more sluggish. The solution of the problem is to analyze the problems of industry itself, and then carry out systematic and reasonable planning, and carry out targeted design and implementation. So the research of this case is as follows: the first chapter, on the current status of the development of farm tourism, put forward the feasibility of the study. In the second chapter, considering the systematic and comprehensive planning and design of the project, considering the relevant theoretical background, we should pay attention to the tripartite constraints. First, to pay attention to the industry itself, we should probe into the types of farm and its development model; second, pay attention to the theme culture, we should discuss the regional culture excavation and the communication of the experience design. Thirdly, to pay attention to the sustainability of development should not only depend on the basic requirements of ecological sustainability given by the times, but also on the sustainable development of industrial interests. The third chapter, through the investigation and analysis of the farm tourism projects in the region, comprehensively discusses the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of farm tourism projects. Based on the theoretical background, this paper puts forward the planning mode construction of the farm based on regional cultural experience, that is, the design model of combining property right, regional culture and experience. The fourth chapter synthesizes the above viewpoint, uses the actual planning plan, carries on the examination in this case, the examination insufficiency. Through the case study, it aims to provide some multi-angle immature thinking for the healthy and sustainable development of leisure farm.
