热力管道固定支架受力分析及设计

【摘要】:随着人们环保意识的增强,,集中供热已在我国城市供热中大面积推广。在集中供热管网系统中,为了保证管道的正常运行,通常需要在系统中设置一定数量的固定支架。 本文讨论了固定支架的结构类型、受力情况及设计方法。对工程中常用的检查井固定支架、T型及板型固定支架的受力特点进行了分析,阐述了固定支架的结构验算内容及方法,并对结构微量滑移对固定架的受力影响进行了分析。另外,本文对检查井固定支架的结构设计计算进行了较详细的阐述,同时,对这种固定支架设计中存在的问题进行了分析,获得了一些有价值的结论,可供同类型工程设计借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the enhancement of environmental protection consciousness, central heating has been widely used in urban heating in China. In the central heating network system, in order to ensure the normal operation of the pipeline, it is usually necessary to set a certain number of fixed supports in the system. In this paper, the structure type, force situation and design method of fixed support are discussed. This paper analyzes the mechanical characteristics of the fixed support of inspection well, T type and plate type, expounds the content and method of structural checking calculation of the fixed support, and analyzes the influence of the micro slip of the structure on the stress of the fixed frame. In addition, the structural design and calculation of the fixed support for the inspection well are described in detail. At the same time, the problems existing in the design of the fixed support are analyzed, and some valuable conclusions are obtained. It can be used for reference for the same type of engineering design.
