基于生态基础设施的小城镇绿地空间布局研究

【摘要】:中国正处在一个城镇化快速发展的时期,处于起步发展阶段的小城镇建设显得尤为重要。城镇绿地系统是城镇健康运行的绿色屏障,很大程度上影响着城镇的整体发展。城镇的绿地能否发挥最大的综合效益,均与一个合适的布局结构密切相关。本文从生态基础设施的角度研究小城镇绿地空间布局,探讨相关的规划理论与方法,并以湖南省靖州县绿地空间布局为例,从宏观、中观、微观三个尺度优化构建城镇绿地空间布局,最终形成最优的整体空间格局,并提出各个尺度上靖州县绿地布局的发展策略。主要研究成果如下: (1)调查分析、总结了小城镇绿地空间布局的特点及其存在的主要问题。 (2)阐述生态基础设施对绿地空间布局的影响,指出基于生态基础设施的城镇绿地空间布局与基于传统方法所产生的绿地空间布局的差别以及两者相结合的必要性。 (3)提出基于生态基础设施理念下的小城镇绿地空间布局的研究内容与方法,指出其应遵循的原则、应具备的特点、应达到的目标。 (4)宏观尺度从市域、区域、县域层面出发,注重大环境背景下靖州县绿地空间布局的生态大框架的构建,提出靖州县县域城镇绿地系统规划结构为“一心,多点,两片,四轴,五支”;提出植物多样性保护格局:“三园、四区、四廊、四带”;对文化遗产现状进行分析,提出文化遗产保护的三条建议:建立景观文化遗产廊道,最终形成遗产景观网络;对景观文化遗产注重整体保护;完善交通及服务系统。 (5)中观尺度从规划区层面出发,强调大环境与小环境的连接性,提出“一环、一带、三山、绿道入城”的绿地空间结构,提出规划区廊道体系、游憩体系的发展策略。 (6)微观尺度通过GIS辅助规划进行用地适宜性分析,结合总体规划和城市发展、绿地现状分布、人文景观分布等提出中心城区绿地布局结构:一心、两带、六园、多廊、多点”;对中心城区公园体系进行研究,在GIS辅助下主要分析规划前后的公园绿地的可达性,并提出未来公园建设发展策略;提出了渠江廊道的规划建设构想和发展策略,为中心城区廊道建设提供可供参考的模式。
[Abstract]:China is in a period of rapid development of urbanization, the construction of small towns in the initial stage of development is particularly important. Urban green space system is a green barrier for the healthy operation of cities and towns, which to a great extent affects the overall development of cities and towns. It is closely related to a suitable layout structure whether the urban green space can exert the maximum comprehensive benefit. In this paper, the spatial layout of small town green space is studied from the angle of ecological infrastructure, and the relevant planning theory and method are discussed. Taking Jingzhou County, Hunan Province as an example, the spatial layout of green space is studied from the macro and meso level. The spatial layout of urban green space was optimized by three microcosmic scales, and the optimal overall spatial pattern was finally formed, and the development strategy of green space layout in Jingzhou County was put forward at each scale. The main research results are as follows: (1) investigation and analysis, summed up the characteristics of small town green space layout and the main problems. (2) expounding the influence of ecological infrastructure on the spatial layout of green space, and pointing out the difference between the spatial layout of urban green space based on ecological infrastructure and the spatial layout of green space based on traditional method and the necessity of combining the two. (3) put forward the research contents and methods of the spatial layout of small town green space based on the idea of ecological infrastructure, and point out the principles, characteristics and goals to be achieved. (4) from the level of city, region and county, we pay attention to the construction of ecological framework of the spatial layout of green space in Jingzhou county under the background of big environment, and put forward the planning structure of green space system of county area of Jingzhou county as "one mind, many points, two pieces". Four axes, five "; Put forward the plant diversity protection pattern: "three gardens, four districts, four corridors, four belts"; analyze the present situation of cultural heritage, put forward three suggestions of cultural heritage protection: establish landscape cultural heritage corridor, finally form the heritage landscape network; Focus on the overall protection of landscape cultural heritage; improve the transportation and service system. (5) the mesoscale scale starts from the planning area level, emphasizes the connection between the big environment and the small environment, puts forward the green space structure of "one ring, the belt, three mountains, the green road enters the city", and puts forward the development strategy of the corridor system and recreation system of the planning area. (6) the microcosmic scale carries on the land suitability analysis through the GIS auxiliary plan, unifies the overall plan and the city development, the green space present situation distribution, the humanities landscape distribution and so on, puts forward the center city green space layout structure: one mind, two belts, six gardens, many corridors, etc. More "; This paper studies the park system of central urban area, analyzes the accessibility of park green space before and after planning under the aid of GIS, and puts forward the strategy of park construction and development in the future. This paper puts forward the planning and construction conception and development strategy of the culvert corridor, which can be used as a reference model for the corridor construction in the central urban area.
