南阳市城乡一体化空间发展研究

【摘要】：19世纪初,以傅里叶、欧文为代表的空想社会主义者为解决日益激化的城乡矛盾提出了城乡一体化思想,希望构建相对理想的社会组织结构来实现城市和乡村、工业与农业的协调发展。之后城乡融合理论、田园城市理论、有机疏散理论相继提出,从不同学科角度为解决城乡矛盾提出多种措施,推动了城乡一体化发展。20世纪后期,为解决我国“城乡二元结构”R益显著所引发的社会问题,借鉴国外相关理论研究成果,经历三个阶段的探索与实践,逐步形成具有中国特色的城乡一体化理论体系,研究内容日渐完善,并具备一定的可操作性。南阳的经济发展尚处于起步阶段,由于农业人口比重大,经济发展落后等原因,导致城乡关系复杂,二元结构显著,在此背景下,运用城乡一体化理论来解决南阳市城乡发展问题显得尤为迫切。本文在对南阳市城乡一体化空间发展研究的过程中,首先整理总结了国内外相关理论与实践资料,为后续研究建立理论基础。其次,借鉴相关理论研究成果,建立南阳市城乡一体化空间发展研究的评价指标体系,在搜集相关数据资料的基础上,运用SPSS15.0统计软件对南阳各县市相关指标进行主成分分析,将其城乡一体化空间发展水平情况进行排名,通过对结果的分析,总结其空间差异的主要表现：一级城市城乡差距显著,制约城乡一体化发展；耳机城市分布较分散城乡发展特点不同；三级城市经济较落后,城乡发展缺乏动力。再次,针对上述问题,采用数据分析法和图表分析法,从城乡空间协调状态、城乡空间关联程度、城乡空间保障尺度和总体规划四个方面着手对近十年来南阳各县市城乡发展情况进行分析。最后提出南阳市城乡一体化空间发展策略：提高中心城区经济实力；优化城乡空间布局；合理工业化规模布局；稳步推进城镇化进程；健全城乡政策体系。论文分为六个章节：第一章介绍选题背景、研究范围、研究意义、研究方法、研究内及研究框架；第二章总结国内外相关研究理论与实践,为论文的写作构建理论基础；第三章首先介绍研究区域概况,然后建立相关评价指标体系,最后利用SPSS15.0软件进行主成分分析,最后通过分析评价结果,得到南阳市城乡一体化空间发展的基本情况；第四章对南阳各县市的城乡空间协调状态、城乡空间关联程度、城乡空间保障尺度和总体规划四个方面进行分析,展示南阳城乡发展空间差异状况：第五章提出南阳市城乡一体化空间发协调发展策略；第六章总结此次研究的成果,指出本次研究的不足和对本研究的思考。

The research content is becoming more and more perfect, and has certain maneuverability. The economic development of Nanyang is still in its infancy. Due to the large proportion of agricultural population and the backward economic development, the relationship between urban and rural areas is complicated and the dual structure is remarkable. It is urgent to use the theory of urban and rural integration to solve the problem of urban and rural development in Nanyang. In the course of the research on the spatial development of urban and rural integration in Nanyang, this paper firstly summarizes the relevant theoretical and practical data at home and abroad, and establishes the theoretical basis for the subsequent research. Secondly, the evaluation index system of the spatial development of urban and rural integration in Nanyang is established based on the relevant theoretical research results, and on the basis of collecting relevant data, Using SPSS15.0 statistical software to carry on the principal component analysis to the related index of each county and city of Nanyang, rank the spatial development level of its urban-rural integration, through the analysis of the result, The main manifestations of the spatial differences are summarized as follows: the gap between urban and rural areas is significant, which restricts the development of urban-rural integration; The distribution of headset cities is different than that of dispersed urban and rural areas, and the economy of three-level cities is backward, and the development of urban and rural areas lacks of motive power. Thirdly, in view of the above problems, using data analysis and chart analysis, from the state of urban and rural spatial coordination, the degree of urban and rural spatial correlation, This paper analyzes the urban and rural development of Nanyang counties and cities in the last ten years from four aspects of urban and rural spatial guarantee scale and overall planning. Finally, the paper puts forward the spatial development strategies of urban and rural integration in Nanyang: to improve the economic strength of central urban areas; to optimize the spatial distribution of urban and rural areas; to rationally distribute the scale of industrialization; to steadily promote the process of urbanization; to improve the policy system of urban and rural areas The thesis is divided into six chapters: the first chapter introduces the background, research scope, research significance, research methods, research internal and research framework, the second chapter summarizes the relevant research theory and practice at home and abroad to build the theoretical basis for the thesis writing; The third chapter introduces the general situation of the research area, then establishes the related evaluation index system, finally uses the SPSS15.0 software to carry on the principal component analysis, finally through the analysis appraisal result, obtains the basic situation of the urban and rural integration spatial development of Nanyang. The fourth chapter analyzes the state of urban and rural spatial coordination, the degree of urban and rural spatial correlation, the scale of urban and rural spatial security and the overall planning of Nanyang counties and cities.
