超高层建筑消防给水系统的可靠性应用研究

【摘要】:超高层建筑属于城市中标志性的建筑物,其充分展示出经济与社会的先进程度,据统计,目前我国已是世界上超高层建筑数量最多的国家。超高层建筑迅速发展的同时,也带来了诸如火灾等灾害防控、人员疏散与应急救援、建筑结构及安全设计等难题。超高层建筑消防给水系统是超高层建筑消防系统设计最关键的一环,直接决定了超高层建筑灾前预防的效果。而目前国家没有针对超高层的防火设计规范,因此对超高层建筑消防给水系统可靠性的研究十分必要。 本文以超高层建筑消防给水系统为研究对象,分析了国内外针对超高层建筑消防给水可靠性研究的基本现状,对目前超高层常用的三种给水方式,即并联分区给水方式、临时高压串联分区给水方式、常高压串联分区给水方式的特点进行分析介绍,运用可靠性理论建立消防给水系统可靠性模型,并进行分析应用。主要内容如下: 1、通过对比各消防给水方式特点并结合实际施工管理,得出了在150m以下的超高层建筑,使用并联分区给水方式较为实用,而150m-250m之间的超高层,应采用临时高压串联分区给水方式,超过250m特别是超过300m的建筑,采用常高压串联分区给水方式的给水方式才最为安全可靠的结论。 2、根据超高层建筑消防给水系统组成的元件及其工作原理建立三种给水方式下系统的可靠性模型,根据某地超高层建筑的调查数据利用德菲尔法确定给水系统各元件的可靠性,对比分析消防给水系统各元件对系统可靠性的影响程度,分析元件可能存在的故障点并提出提高关键元件可靠性的措施。 3、将给水系统的可靠性模型应用到某一超高层建筑中,计算备选消防给水方式的系统可靠性,,在保证系统可靠性的基础上结合建筑的经济成本及使用功能,确定最终的给水方案。
[Abstract]:Super high-rise buildings belong to the iconic buildings in the city, which fully show the advanced degree of economy and society. According to statistics, China is now the country with the largest number of super high-rise buildings in the world. Along with the rapid development of super high-rise buildings, such as fire disaster prevention and control, personnel evacuation and emergency rescue, building structure and safety design and other difficulties. The fire water supply system of super high-rise building is the most important link in the design of fire protection system of super high-rise building, which directly determines the effect of prevention before disaster of super high-rise building. At present, there is no fire protection design code for super high-rise building, so it is necessary to study the reliability of fire water supply system for super high-rise building. Taking the fire water supply system of super high-rise building as the research object, this paper analyzes the basic status of the research on the reliability of fire water supply for super high-rise building at home and abroad, and analyzes the three kinds of water supply modes commonly used at present, that is, parallel partition water supply mode, which are commonly used in super high-rise building at present. The characteristics of the temporary high pressure series water supply system and the normal high pressure series water supply system are analyzed and introduced. The reliability model of the fire water supply system is established by using the reliability theory, and the reliability model is analyzed and applied. The main contents are as follows: 1. By comparing the characteristics of each fire water supply mode and combining with the actual construction management, it is concluded that in the super high-rise buildings below 150m, it is more practical to use the parallel partition water supply mode, and the super high-rise building between 150m-250m, The safe and reliable conclusion is that the temporary high pressure series water supply system should be used, especially for buildings with more than 250 m, especially more than 300 m, and the normal high pressure series zone water supply mode should be adopted. 2. According to the components and working principle of fire water supply system in super high-rise building, the reliability model of the system under three kinds of water supply modes is established. According to the investigation data of super high-rise buildings in a certain place, the reliability of each component of water supply system is determined by using the Defel method, and the influence degree of each component of fire water supply system on the reliability of the system is compared and analyzed. The possible fault points of the components are analyzed and the measures to improve the reliability of the key components are put forward. 3. The reliability model of water supply system is applied to a super high-rise building, the system reliability of alternative fire water supply mode is calculated, and the economic cost and use function of building are combined on the basis of ensuring system reliability. Determine the final water supply plan.
