城市景墙设计研究

【摘要】：漫步于城市街道，笔者开始关注这些时常被人忽略，却又在人们意识中想当然坚持的物质和心理的藩篱---围墙。一方面，围墙占据了很大一部分城市空间中的有限用地，生硬的隔断城市肌理。另一方面，随着大尺度私有化开发项目下的城市扩张，公共空间成了发展中的剩余空间。而围墙处于城市中两种性质用地的过渡地带，而建设者各成系统相互独立的局面，往往造成这里成为设计的“盲区”，城市稀少的“剩余空间”都得不到充分的利用。边界往往是人们活动最为频繁地方，围墙却是街道生活的“杀手”。围墙缺乏设计思考的存在形式制约了人们对公共活动空间和人际交往的需要。 那我们该如何重新检验私有和公共的界限，为自己和他人保留一个共享的态度和空间呢？笔者通过墙与空间的联系，产生各种疑问，基于这些疑问和设想，形成了本文的重点研究问题： （1）墙与空间在历史上有什么关系? （2）围墙是否是被迫存在的产物? （3）景墙与城市空间应该如何对话?景墙为谁而设计? （4）从哪些方面来探索以及提出景墙用何种方式介入城市空间? （5）景墙边界空间的研究将带来的哪些作用和价值? 首先，笔者阐述了论文的缘起和背景、对象的界定，并提出了五个基本的研究问题，介绍了研究的方法、目的、意义和论文的研究框架。 接下来，，在第二章节中对城市边界空间和景墙的关系进行了讨论，并尝试寻求之间从古至今的联系。为墙如何“破茧重生”介入现代城市空间的探索提供设计方向。并在紧接着的第三章中从景墙的空间场域、文化特质、功能、形式以及对人的心理行为模式的分别进行解读，通过结合案例分析，提出以“无形”介入为主的理念，从“有墙”到“无墙”层层递进的介入方式和设计手法。 最后，通过从景墙的介入到边界元素对景墙边界更完善的综合配置，形成完整的对话。从而提出在综合因素的考虑下的景墙边界设计原则以及对文章探索的作用和价值进行总结归纳。 笔者期待本文可以为相关领域的研究者提供新的角度、新的观点、新的引导。对这城市中美丽的屏风如何在新时代的背景下继续焕发生命的价值略尽绵薄之力。
[Abstract]:Walking in the city streets, the author begins to pay attention to these material and psychological barriers, which are often ignored but held in people's consciousness. On the one hand, the wall occupies a large part of the urban space of limited land, stiff partition of the city texture. On the other hand, with the expansion of the city under the large-scale privatized development project, the public space becomes the remaining space in the development. The wall is located in the transition zone of the two kinds of land use in the city, and the builders are independent of each other, which often results in the "blind zone" of the design here, and the scarce "residual space" in the city is not fully utilized. Borders are often the most active places, but walls are the killers of street life. The lack of design thinking restricts people's need for public activity space and interpersonal communication. So how do we re-examine the boundaries of private and public, and keep a shared attitude and space for ourselves and others? Through the connection between the wall and the space, the author has all kinds of questions, based on these questions and assumptions, This paper focuses on the following questions: (1) what is the relationship between the wall and the space in history? (2) is the wall a product of forced existence? (3) how should the landscape wall and the urban space talk? Who is the design of the landscape wall? (4) from what aspects to explore and propose how to intervene in the urban space? (5) what role and value will the study of the landscape wall boundary space bring? First of all, the author explains the origin and background of the thesis, the definition of the object, and puts forward five basic research questions, and introduces the research method, purpose, significance and research framework of the paper. Then, in the second chapter, the relationship between urban boundary space and landscape wall is discussed, and the relationship between urban boundary space and landscape wall is explored from ancient to present. It provides the design direction for how to break the cocoon and rebirth the wall into the exploration of modern urban space. And then in the third chapter, from the perspective of the space field, cultural characteristics, functions, forms and human psychological behavior model, through the case analysis, put forward the concept of "invisible" intervention. From "with walls" to "without walls" step by step intervention and design techniques. Finally, a complete dialogue is formed through the intervention of the landscape wall to the comprehensive arrangement of boundary elements to the boundary of the landscape wall. The paper puts forward the design principle of the boundary of the landscape wall under the consideration of the comprehensive factors and summarizes the function and value of the article. The author expects that this paper can provide a new perspective, a new perspective and a new guidance for researchers in related fields. The beauty of the city's screens continues to radiate the value of life against the backdrop of a new era.
