热活化煤矸石—矿渣—粉煤灰地质聚合物性能研究

【摘要】:以煤矸石、矿渣和粉煤灰为主要原料,利用其富含的黏土质矿物成分,在碱硅酸的作用下,制备性能类似"Geopolymer"的地质聚合物,称之为煤矸石-矿渣-粉煤灰地质聚合物。由于地质聚合物可以以工矿业固体废弃物为主要原料,且不仅具有优良的结构特性和耐久性,还具有良好的经济性和环保性,因此备受关注,成为研究热点。本文是国家自然科学基金煤炭联合项目《煤矸石在水泥和混凝土资源化利用中关键科学问题研究》(U1261122)的子项目,所有研究成果都是在该基金的资助下完成并取得的。本文首先研究煤矸石的热活化,选择热活化温度、保温时间和冷却方式三个因素,按正交表L16(45)进行胶砂强度的正交试验,揭示热活化工艺对煤矸石活性影响规律,以此确定煤矸石反应活性最佳的工艺制度;接下来,按均匀设计中的拟水平法设计试验,以煤矸石掺量、矿渣掺量、水玻璃模数、钾钠比和配体溶液浓度为变量,以煤矸石-矿渣-粉煤灰地质聚合物胶砂强度为目标函数,利用MATLAB软件处理试验数据,建立之间的定量数学关系式,给出最优配合比:最后按最优配合比制备地质聚合物,并进行细度、凝结时间、胶砂强度及体积安定性等胶凝材料主要技术性质的检测。取得以下研究成果:(1)阜新清河门矿煤矸石最佳热活化工艺制度为:热活化温度650℃、保温时间2h、风冷冷却。各种因素影响程度大小顺序为:热活化温度冷却方式保温时间热活化温度与保温时间的交互作用。(2)通过均匀试验,得出了煤矸石-矿渣-粉煤灰地质聚合物3d和28d的抗折、抗压强度一系列回归方程。该公式的建立在己知煤矸石掺量、矿渣掺量、水玻璃模数、钾钠比及水玻璃浓度时,可估算出煤矸石-矿渣-粉煤灰地质聚合物的3d和28d的抗折、抗压强度值,对工程具有实际指导意义。(3)煤矸石-矿渣-粉煤灰地质聚合物的细度为1003.07m2/kg、初凝时间为60min、终凝时间为90min、体积安定性合格,四个指标皆满足国家标准对硅酸盐水泥的技术要求,且表现出快硬、早强的技术特点。
[Abstract]:Using coal gangue, slag and fly ash as the main raw materials, using the rich clay mineral composition, the geopolymer with similar properties as "Geopolymer" is prepared under the action of alkali silicic acid, which is called coal gangue, slag and fly ash geopolymer. Because geopolymers can take industrial and mining solid waste as the main raw materials, and have not only excellent structural characteristics and durability, but also good economic and environmental protection, so they have attracted much attention and become a research hotspot. This paper is a sub-project of the National Natural Science Foundation coal joint project < Research on key Scientific problems of Coal gangue in cement and concrete Recycling Utilization "(U1261122). All the research results have been completed and obtained with the aid of this fund. This paper first studies the thermal activation of coal gangue, selects three factors of thermal activation temperature, heat preservation time and cooling method, carries out orthogonal test of cement sand strength according to orthogonal table L16 (45), and reveals the influence law of thermal activation technology on coal gangue activity. The optimum reaction activity of coal gangue was determined. Then, according to the quasi-horizontal design method in uniform design, the content of coal gangue, slag, water glass modulus, potassium / sodium ratio and the concentration of ligand solution were taken as variables. Taking the strength of coal gangue, slag and fly ash geopolymer cement as objective function, using MATLAB software to process the test data, the quantitative mathematical relation between them is established, and the optimum mix ratio is given. Finally, the geological polymer is prepared according to the optimum mix ratio. The main technical properties of cementing materials, such as fineness, setting time, cement sand strength and volume stability, were tested.
