旧工业建筑基于共生模式的展示类建筑改造研究

【摘要】:城市在快速更新的过程中,由于产业结构调整、环境整治等原因遗留了大量面临去留的工业建筑。与此同时,信息化社会的发展对展示类建筑的需求激增,将旧工业建筑改造再利用与展示类建筑的发展需求相结合,是实现经济发展和环境保护共生的一种有效举措。从国内外众多成功的案例来看,这一改造类型不仅能推动城市文化产业多元发展,还能起到保存城市记忆、丰富市民文化生活的作用。 基于旧工业建筑展示类改造命题,为解决新旧转换、工业标准化生产向个性展示转变的矛盾,本文引入探讨对立元素互补共存的共生思想,,从中提取“圣域”、“中间领域”和“共生状态”的概念,建立相对系统的共生模式来解决旧工业建筑展示类改造再利用的问题。 文章首先结合共生思想进行分析,探寻旧工业建筑展示类改造的“圣域”和“中间领域”,将改造中应遵循的原则、设计要求和改造价值、契合与可改要素作为共生模式的原生基础;通过大量实践案例的分析总结,提出置入文化触媒触发改造过程,并从重建建筑和城市的关系,以及建、构筑物自身改造两方面总结这一模式的共生策略;还重点总结了旧工业建筑与展示类建筑在光环境设计上的相关性,从提高展示空间的照度、改善光线质量两方面归纳出光环境改造共生的措施;继而通过分析成功的泰特美术馆对共生模式进行验证,并将这一改造模式应用于天鹅湖电厂改造设计中。文章最后总结了在实践案例中对这一模式的策略性应用,为旧工业建筑展示类改造共生模式的研究提供了理论和实践上的双重支持。
[Abstract]:In the process of rapid renewal, a large number of industrial buildings have been left behind due to the adjustment of industrial structure and environmental improvement. At the same time, with the development of information society, the demand for exhibition buildings is surging. It is an effective measure to realize the symbiosis of economic development and environmental protection by combining the reconstruction and reuse of old industrial buildings with the development needs of display buildings. From many successful cases at home and abroad, this type of transformation can not only promote the diversified development of urban cultural industry, but also play a role in preserving urban memory and enriching the cultural life of citizens. In order to solve the contradiction between new and old transformation and industrial standardization production to personality display, this paper introduces the symbiosis thought of exploring the complementary coexistence of opposing elements, and extracts "holy domain" from the proposition of the display type transformation of old industrial buildings. The concept of "intermediate field" and "symbiotic state" is established to solve the problem of reusing the display class of old industrial buildings by establishing a relatively systematic symbiotic model. This paper first analyzes the symbiosis thought, explores the "holy field" and "middle field" of the display type transformation of the old industrial buildings, and puts forward the principles, design requirements and transformation value to be followed in the transformation. Fit and modifiable elements are the primary basis of symbiotic model; Through the analysis and summary of a large number of practical cases, this paper puts forward the process of triggering the transformation with cultural catalyst, and sums up the symbiotic strategy of this model from the reconstruction of the relationship between the building and the city, as well as the construction and the reconstruction of the structure itself. It also summarizes the correlation between the old industrial buildings and the display buildings in the light environment design, and summarizes the measures of light environment reconstruction and symbiosis from the aspects of improving the illuminance of the display space and improving the light quality. Then the symbiotic model is verified by the successful Tate Art Museum and applied to the retrofit design of Swan Lake Power Plant. Finally, the paper summarizes the strategic application of this model in practical cases, which provides both theoretical and practical support for the study of the symbiotic model of demonstration transformation of old industrial buildings.
