整体大面积筏板基础沉降特点及筏板弯矩计算

【摘要】:在相似地质条件下,与体量相似、荷载大小相近的常规基础形式的高层建筑相比,大底盘高层建筑平均沉降量大幅减少;竣工后的后期沉降占总沉降量比例小,一般不超过20%;沉降稳定时间短,通常竣工后1年左右沉降即达到稳定。当高层建筑挠曲值不超过0.2‰,且筏板的抗裂度大于或等于2时,高层下筏板可仅考虑局部弯矩作用,整体弯矩可通过构造措施处理;高层建筑挠曲值超过0.2‰,或筏板的抗裂度小于2时,筏板须考虑整体弯矩作用。
