基于GIS的城市排水管网动态规划管理评价系统构建
[Abstract]:With the gradual acceleration of the pace of China's economic development, the process of urbanization is also advancing at full speed. The following is the lack or lag of urban infrastructure. The problem of drainage network planning and construction is especially prominent, which is manifested in the urban "waterlogging" which is often caused by urban rainstorm in recent years, which affects the traffic, production and even threatens the personal safety of the residents. In order to solve this problem, besides increasing investment, the related planning and management departments must deal well with the contradiction between "planning, design, construction and operation" and urban drainage demand. The traditional "one text, one blueprint"-style planning can not meet the demand of drainage network planning for the rapid development of social economy in our country because it can not adapt to the rapid change of drainage demand. At the same time, with the continuous updating of the drainage network planning technology and concept in China, new planning techniques and concepts such as GIS technology, dynamic planning, phased construction and other new planning techniques and concepts have been introduced. In view of the traditional planning method can not effectively solve the contradiction between supply and demand, based on the analysis of the latest domestic and foreign drainage network planning and design software defects, In-depth implementation of the "dynamic planning" and "phased construction" two important latest planning concepts, to analyze the current construction funds are limited to face the problem of rapid demand for drainage, On the basis of the functions of the existing drainage network planning software based on GIS, a large number of intelligent analysis and decision support modules are incorporated to make full use of the powerful ability of geographic information data management and spatial query and operation of the GIS platform. A set of dynamic planning management evaluation system (EasyPlanning).) for urban drainage network based on GIS is developed. The thesis mainly includes the following aspects: (1) before the system development, it mainly focused on the three aspects of "water forecast model", "pipe network evaluation model" and "realization method of phased construction". According to the characteristics of computer and GIS platform, this paper analyzes the specific functional requirements of pipe network planners in these three aspects, and finally determines the specific algorithm and implementation method of the model, which lays a foundation for the development of the subsequent system. (2) the structure of the Personal GeoDatabase, design data and the field specification and coding specification of the essential elements used to construct the system data storage. At the same time, build EasyPlanning system interface appearance, functional framework and data flow. 3After the previous basic work, we gradually develop and perfect the functional modules and specific tools of the EasyPlanning system, test, feedback and improve the completed code, and strive to achieve the best execution efficiency and user experience. (4) A typical case is selected to plan on the EasyPlanning system, and the scheme is compared with the actual one. The effect of the application of the case, comparative analysis of the results of feedback summary, further improvement, perfect the system.
