【摘要】："项目"在人类社会中已经存在很长时间了。伴随着人类社会的进步与社会生产力的提高,人们对一些工程的质量、实现方式等都提出了新的要求与期望,而当同时期的社会生产力可以满足这些要求与期望时,便产生了工程项目。所以项目管理是具有悠久历史的人们改造自然界的,系统的生产与实践行为与过程。近年来,随着高等教育改革的不断发展,学生毛入学率的增长,推动了大学城建设的不断发展,许多高校通过整合、新校区置换获得了新的发展,迸发出勃勃生机,伴随而来的是学生规模的扩大,学生宿舍楼的供给已出现失衡,各个高校纷纷进行学生宿舍楼的建筑工程,SG十一号宿舍楼就是其中的一项工程。任何一个项目总承包都是一个非常系统的工程,影响进度有多个方面的因素,必须要有自己的一个完整的体系来保障工程的顺利完成,要用科学的系统的准确的方法来对工程进行分析,合理安排,控制进度。在检查施工实际进度情况时,将其与计划进度及时进行比较,若有偏差的情况出现,及时分析是什么原因造成的,对该项工期有多大程度的影响,做出调整,不断的对原计划进行修改调整,如此循环,到工程全部完工。本文以项目管理相关知识为基础,针对SG十一号宿舍楼建筑工程项目的具体情况,对设计方案、设备规模、工程实施方案、组织管理和人力资源配置等方面进行全面分析,以进度控制作为主要着眼点,对SG十一号宿舍楼建筑工程项目进行深入的研究和分析,找出影响建设项目进度的关键因素,在此基础上制订出详细的项目进度计划,根据计划组织有节奏、均衡、连续的施工,在项目实施过程中及时准确把握项目的实际进展情况,对施工计划不断进行动态控制和优化,合理调配各类资源以解决施工过程中出现的具体问题,达到了有效控制工期、降低施工成本、保证施工质量的目的。
[Abstract]:The project has existed for a long time in human society. With the progress of human society and the improvement of social productivity, people put forward new requirements and expectations for the quality of some projects, the way of realization, and so on. But when the social productive forces of the same period can meet these requirements and expectations, The project came into being. So project management has a long history of people to transform nature, systematic production and practice of the behavior and process. In recent years, with the continuous development of higher education reform and the growth of students' gross enrolment ratio, the construction of university towns has been promoted. Many colleges and universities have gained new development through integration and the replacement of new campuses. Along with the expansion of student scale, the supply of student dormitory building has been unbalanced. Various colleges and universities have carried on the construction project of student dormitory building, SG11 is one of the projects. The general contracting of any project is a very systematic project, and there are many factors affecting the progress of the project. We must have a complete system of our own to ensure the smooth completion of the project. Scientific and systematic methods should be used to analyze, arrange and control the progress of the project. In checking the actual progress of the construction, it will be compared with the planned progress in a timely manner, if there is a deviation, timely analysis of the causes, to the extent of the impact of the time limit, to make adjustments, Continue to modify and adjust the original plan, so that the cycle, until the full completion of the project. Based on the relevant knowledge of project management, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the design scheme, equipment scale, project implementation scheme, organization management and human resources allocation, in view of the specific situation of the construction project of SG11 dormitory building. Taking schedule control as the main focus, this paper makes an in-depth study and analysis on the construction project of SG11 dormitory building, finds out the key factors affecting the progress of the construction project, and on this basis, draws up a detailed project schedule plan. According to the plan to organize rhythmic, balanced, continuous construction, timely and accurate grasp of the actual progress of the project during the implementation of the project, the construction plan is constantly under dynamic control and optimization. The reasonable allocation of all kinds of resources to solve the concrete problems in the construction process has achieved the purpose of effectively controlling the construction period, reducing the construction cost and ensuring the construction quality.
