基于灰色关联模型的工程胜任力分析

【摘要】:自改革开放以来,国家大力发展工程基础设施建设,而弱电系统是目前智能化建筑潮流的主要内容,因此弱电工程的建设显得尤为重要。但是目前弱电工程中,尤其是在工程的实施阶段,弱电系统中的紧急变更常常发生,这些变更往往时间紧,变更功能少,既不影响主体设计,也不涉及功能的改变,往往是工程的微调变更,但是这样的变更依然对工程的成本、进度、和质量有着密切的影响。由于弱电工程公司对高科技技术的依赖性,因此对人才的应用要求比较高,但是由于规模的限制,设计职位的胜任力限定了技术人才的发展,也限制了技术人才解决问题的能力。而往往处理紧急变更时往往主要依靠高素质技术人才来解决。因此本文引入工程胜任力模型这一概念来解决这一问题。 本文研究的思路是结合中外关于工程变更解决方法和相关胜任力模型研究分析,分析工程变更与胜任力模型的关系,确定以胜任力模型选拔的技术人才的是解决紧急工程变更问题的主要方法,具体方法是先利用灰色关联分析法分析工程紧急变更特征要素和胜任力要素之间的关联关系,然后构建工程胜任力模型来选择技术人才,,利用事件访谈法和问卷调查法构建胜任力的模型要素,并对这些要素进行权重分析,利用层次因子分析法进行验证,然后得出工程胜任力模型,再利用结构方程法对模型进行验证。回归到实际案例,编制出解决紧急变更的实施的流程和方法,使以技术人才为主的解决工程紧急变更的方法可以在弱电工程类公司中得到有效的应用。 本论文研究的意义在于,为弱电工程施工中突发变更事件的处理找到有效的办法。为弱电公司招聘、培养以及选拔提供客观的依据并可建立适合的培养机制。提高弱电施工企业施工中解决问题的效率和能力,为弱电工程类公司的技术人才拓展了一个新的发展方向。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, the state has vigorously developed the construction of engineering infrastructure, and the weak power system is the main content of the current intelligent building trend, so the construction of the weak power project is particularly important. However, in the current weak current engineering, especially in the implementation stage of the project, emergency changes often occur in the weak current system. These changes are often short in time and few in function, which neither affects the design of the main body nor involves the change of the function. Often fine-tuned engineering changes, but such changes still have a close impact on the cost, schedule, and quality of the project. Because of the dependence of weak electric engineering companies on high-tech technology, the application requirements of talents are relatively high. However, due to the limitation of scale, the competency of design positions limits the development of technical talents. It also limits the ability of technical personnel to solve problems. And often deal with emergency changes often rely on high-quality technical personnel to solve. Therefore, this paper introduces the concept of engineering competency model to solve this problem. The idea of this paper is to analyze the relationship between engineering change and competency model, combining with the research and analysis of engineering change solving methods and relevant competency models at home and abroad. The main method to solve the problem of emergency engineering change is to determine the technical talents selected by competency model. The specific method is to analyze the relationship between the feature elements and competency factors of emergency engineering changes by using grey relational analysis. Then construct the engineering competency model to select the technical talents, use the event interview method and questionnaire survey method to construct the model elements of competency, and carry on the weight analysis to these elements, use the analytic hierarchy process to carry on the verification. Then the engineering competency model is obtained, and then the structural equation method is used to verify the model. To return to the actual case, the implementation process and method to solve the emergency change can be worked out, so that the method of solving the engineering emergency change based on the technical talents can be effectively applied in the weak power engineering companies. The significance of this paper is to find an effective way to deal with sudden change events in the construction of weak current engineering. It provides an objective basis for recruitment, training and selection of weak power companies and can establish a suitable training mechanism. In order to improve the efficiency and ability of solving problems in the construction of weak current construction enterprises, a new direction of development has been developed for the technical talents of weak current engineering companies.
