无店铺销售对高校周边商业业态布局的影响研究

【摘要】:随着通讯和信息技术的高速发展,以技术为依托的无店铺销售日益成为社会经济生活的重要组成部分,具有极大潜力的现代交易手段已越来越被人们所认识。国家质量监督检验检疫总局于2004年6月9日以GB/T18106—2004联合发布了新国家标准——《零售业态分类》,其与原标准的主要差异就在于增加了无店铺销售、折扣店等业态。作为一种新生的零售业态,无店铺零售正在逐渐改变人们的生活方式和消费行为,也将对传统商业业态布局造成深刻的影响。 高校社区的主体是在校大学生,这一群体接触无店铺销售的机会较多,如网上商店、邮购、自动售货亭、直销等,,且容易接受新生的销售手段,故无店铺销售在高校中的发展迅速,其对高校周边商业业态的影响也随之显现出来。本研究试以湖南大学周边商业业态为研究对象,以实际调研数据为依据,探讨无店铺销售对高校周边商业业态布局的影响情况,在分析无店铺销售现状的基础上,总结无店铺零售业态对高校周边商业业态布局影响的一般规律,思考高校商业业态布局规划健康发展的合理途径。 本文共分为六章,第一章是绪论,主要是阐述本研究的背景、意义以及研究的目标和方法;第二章对研究所涉及的主要概念进行辨析和定义,对国内外的相关研究进行文献综述同时对所借鉴的相关理论进行整理;第三、四、五章是本研究的主体,第三章以湖南大学为例梳理总结无店铺零售影响下高校周边商业业态布局发展演变过程,其中包括对发展过程的回顾梳理和对现状的调查,这些调查包括对湖南大学周边商业空间现状的调查和对在校学生消费情况的调查以及对零售商家的调查;第四章从理论推理出发研究无店铺零售对高校周边商业业态布局影响机制,并总结出无店铺销售影响下高校社区周边商业业态演变的规律;第五章为无店铺零售影响下高校周边商业业态的发展趋势及策略;第六章对研究成果进行总结,并对无店铺销售影响下高校周边商业业态的发展进行探讨。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of communication and information technology, the non-store sales based on technology has become an important part of social and economic life, and the modern trading means with great potential have been recognized more and more. On June 9, 2004, the State Administration of quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine jointly issued a new national standard, "Classification of Retail format", with GB/T18106-2004. The main difference between it and the original standard lies in the increase of non-store sales, discount stores and other business forms. As a new form of retail, non-store retail is gradually changing people's life style and consumption behavior, which will also have a profound impact on the layout of traditional business forms. The main body of college community is college students, and this group has more opportunities to contact non-shop sales, such as online shops, mail orders, vending kiosks, direct sales, etc., and it is easy to accept new sales methods. Therefore, the development of non-store sales in colleges and universities is rapid, and its influence on the business form around colleges and universities also appears. This research takes Hunan University peripheral business form as the research object, based on the actual investigation data, probes into the influence of the non-store sale on the distribution of the business form around the university, and on the basis of analyzing the present situation of the no-shop sale, This paper summarizes the general rules of the influence of non-store retail format on the distribution of commercial forms around colleges and universities, and ponders the rational ways of healthy development of the layout planning of business forms of colleges and universities. This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, mainly describes the background, significance, research objectives and methods; In the second chapter, the main concepts involved in the study are analyzed and defined, and the literature review of the domestic and foreign related research is carried out, and the relevant theories used for reference are sorted out at the same time. The third, fourth and fifth chapters are the main body of this study. The third chapter takes Hunan University as an example to summarize the development and evolution of the distribution of business forms around colleges and universities under the influence of non-store retail, which includes the review of the development process and the investigation of the current situation. These surveys include the survey of the current situation of the commercial space around Hunan University, the survey of the consumption of the students in the school, and the survey of the retail merchants. The fourth chapter studies the influence mechanism of non-store retail on the distribution of business forms around colleges and universities from the theoretical reasoning, and summarizes the evolution of business forms around the community of colleges and universities without the influence of shop sales. The fifth chapter is about the development trend and strategy of the business form around colleges and universities under the influence of non-store retail. The sixth chapter summarizes the research results and discusses the development of the business form around colleges and universities under the influence of non-store sales.
