山东省太阳能热水系统与住宅一体化设计应用研究

【摘要】:当今社会能源危机与环境污染问题日益严峻,可持续发展的模式已成为人类社会发展的必然选择。为了缓解大量性建造的住宅带来的能耗问题,我国大力推广太阳能热水系统在住宅中的应用。本文在对国内外太阳能热水系统发展及应用现状调研的基础上,分析了山东省太阳能热水系统的应用情况及与住宅一体化设计中存在的问题,并从空间设计、美学表达、构造技术三方面进行了深入研究。 在空间设计的研究中,以山东省气候条件为基础,重点研究了空间布局对太阳能热水系统与住宅一体化设计的影响。运用天正TSun日照软件进行日照时数的模拟分析,总结提出住宅规划布局中太阳能热水系统一体化设计的优化策略;运用Ecotect软件进行建筑单体日均辐射量的模拟,以研究不同建筑形体自身遮挡对日均辐射量的影响,从而提出屋顶、立面墙体辐射量判定的参考临界值;此外,研究了典型平面布局中太阳能热水系统与住宅的结合方式,以完善住宅平面设计的布置方法。 在美学表达的研究中,重点研究了太阳能热水系统与住宅一体化设计的建筑表现手法。结合建筑表现的基本要素研究住宅设计中太阳能热水系统点元素、线元素、面元素、体元素的表现手法;结合建筑表现基本原理研究太阳能热水系统在住宅中的韵律与节奏、比例与尺度、色彩与质感等的表现手法;并结合住宅典型的造型特点、风格特点探讨提出太阳能热水系统与住宅一体化设计的策略和方法,使太阳能热水系统成为一种建筑设计语汇。 在构造技术的研究中,结合国标、省标及其它相关规程,重点研究了太阳能热水系统与屋顶、墙体以及建筑其它部位的一体化构造设计措施,针对山东省图集中存在的不足以及近些年来出现的一些新的构造形式提出了修改补充的建议,以推动山东省太阳能热水系统在安装中的一体化进程。 此外,基于上述研究,选取典型在建住宅小区山水泉城住宅小区41号楼为例,分析了该住宅结合太阳能热水系统下的空间布局、建筑表现、构造技术三方面的设计特点,通过模拟分析,针对案例中太阳能热水系统与住宅一体化设计应用的不足,探讨提出修改建议,从而为太阳能热水系统在住宅中更加高效、安全的运行提供设计依据。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the problems of energy crisis and environmental pollution are becoming more and more serious, and the mode of sustainable development has become the inevitable choice for the development of human society. In order to alleviate the problem of energy consumption caused by large-scale residential construction, the application of solar hot water system in residential buildings is vigorously promoted in our country. Based on the investigation of the development and application of solar hot water system at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the application of solar hot water system in Shandong Province and the problems existing in the integration design with residential buildings, and expresses it in terms of space design and aesthetics. Three aspects of structural technology have been studied in depth. In the research of spatial design, based on the climatic conditions of Shandong province, the influence of spatial layout on the integration design of solar hot water system and residential building is studied emphatically. The simulation and analysis of sunshine hours with Tianzheng TSun software are carried out, and the optimization strategy of integrated design of solar water heating system in residential planning and layout is summarized. In order to study the influence of the self-shielding of different building forms on the daily average radiation amount, Ecotect software is used to simulate the daily average radiation amount of building, and then the reference critical value for judging the radiation amount of roof and facade wall is put forward. In addition, the combination of solar hot water system and residence in typical plane layout is studied in order to perfect the layout method of residence plane design. In the study of aesthetic expression, it focuses on the architectural representation of the integration design of solar hot water system and residence. Combined with the basic elements of architectural performance, this paper studies the expression methods of solar hot water system point elements, line elements, surface elements and body elements in residential design; Combined with the basic principles of architectural performance, this paper studies the rhythm and rhythm, proportion and scale, color and texture of solar hot water system in residential buildings. The strategies and methods of the integration design of solar hot water system and residence are put forward according to the typical modeling characteristics and style characteristics of residential buildings, which makes the solar hot water system become a vocabulary of architectural design. In the research of structural technology, combined with the national standard, provincial standard and other related regulations, the integrated structural design measures of solar hot water system and roof, wall and other parts of building are mainly studied. In view of the shortcomings in the atlas of Shandong Province and some new structural forms in recent years, some suggestions are put forward to modify and supplement the solar hot water system in Shandong Province in order to promote the integration process of the installation of the solar hot water system in Shandong Province. In addition, on the basis of the above-mentioned research, the design characteristics of the building in combination with the space layout, architectural performance and structural technology of the residential building in combination with the solar hot water system are analyzed in this paper, based on the example of Building No. 41 of the typical residential district in Shanshui Quancheng, a typical residential area under construction. Based on the simulation and analysis, aiming at the deficiency of the integrated design and application of solar hot water system and residence in the case, some suggestions for modification are put forward, so as to provide the design basis for the more efficient and safe operation of solar hot water system in residential buildings.
