钻孔灌注桩支护与SMW工法桩支护的风险分析研究

【摘要】:二十多年来我国基坑工程设计和施工水平都有了很大的提高,但是在发展过程中也出现了许多问题。一方面是基坑工程领域的工程事故率比较高,不少地区在发展初期大概有1/3的基坑工程发生过不同程度的事故,即使是在比较成熟阶段地区也常有不同程度的事故发生:另一方面,由于围护设计的不合理,常造成基坑工程费用偏大。因此本文主要针对两种常用基坑支护方案——钻孔灌注桩与SMW工法桩,在探索基坑工程风险分析研究的基础上考虑基坑工程的造价问题,为决策出更好的施工方案提供理论依据。 本文的研究内容主要包括: 1.本文对基坑工程风险分析研究的主要思路是事故树—层次分析法,根据事故树编制的有关原则,在研究基坑工程事故原因基础上,从构成支护体系的各子分部工程——桩身、内支撑体系、围檩体系、圈梁和基础所处为出发点,针对具体工程情况考虑与工程有关的风险源基本事件,针对两种支护方案分别建深基坑工程支护结构事故树,编制风险清单。 2.依据层次分析法原则结合风险清单,分别构建钻孔灌注桩、SMW工法桩支护结构风险因素层次模型,采用专家调查法构建判断矩阵,并采用幂法对钻孔灌注桩风险因素权重进行计算,采用MATLAB计算语言编程计算SMW工法支护结构风险因素权重。利用MATLAB计算语言与判断矩阵的计算相结合。 3.基于深基坑工程风险分析的研究结果对同一工程设计采用的两种支护方案进行风险对比,并结合经济分析,为决策优选提供有力依据。
[Abstract]:The design and construction level of foundation pit engineering in China has been greatly improved in the past 20 years, but there are also many problems in the process of development. On the one hand, the accident rate in the field of foundation pit engineering is relatively high. In many areas, about 1 ~ 3 of the foundation pit works occurred in different degrees of accidents in the initial stage of development. Even in mature areas, accidents of different degrees often occur: on the other hand, because of unreasonable envelope design, the cost of foundation pit engineering is often too large. Therefore, this paper mainly aimed at two kinds of commonly used foundation pit supporting schemes-bored cast-in-place pile and SMW construction method pile, on the basis of exploring the foundation pit engineering risk analysis research, considering the foundation pit engineering cost problem, It provides a theoretical basis for the decision-making of a better construction scheme. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. In this paper, the main idea of risk analysis of foundation pit engineering is accident tree-analytic hierarchy process (AHP). According to the principle of accident tree compilation, and on the basis of studying the cause of foundation pit engineering accident, the main idea of this paper is pile body, which is the sub-branch engineering of supporting system. The internal bracing system, the surrounding purlin system, the circle beam and the foundation are the starting points. Considering the basic events of the risk sources related to the engineering, the accident tree of the supporting structure of the deep foundation pit is built respectively according to the two supporting schemes, which are concerned with the basic events of the engineering risk sources. Prepare a risk inventory. 2. According to the principle of Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the list of risks, the risk factors hierarchy model of bored pile and SMW pile supporting structure is constructed, and the judgment matrix is constructed by expert investigation method. The power method is used to calculate the weight of risk factors of bored pile, and the MATLAB programming language is used to calculate the weight of risk factors of SMW supporting structure. The MATLAB computing language is combined with the calculation of judgment matrix. 3. Based on the research results of risk analysis of deep foundation pit engineering, the risk comparison of the two supporting schemes adopted in the same engineering design is carried out, and the economic analysis is combined to provide a powerful basis for decision-making and optimization.
