济南旧城区开敞空间控制指标规划研究

【摘要】：国内旧城更新改造热度居高不下,在城市面貌日新月异的同时,旧城更新过程暴露出许多环境问题。济南旧城区大量开敞空间被城市改造所吞噬,城市空间日趋拥挤和混乱,可供市民休闲娱乐、游憩交往的开敞空间日益匮乏,相关“城市病”及社会问题层出不穷。本文基于这一现实背景展开相关规划研究,尝试提出一套针对济南旧城区开敞空间的控制指标,旨在以一种操作性较强的规划控制指标为手段,达到严格保障开敞空间规模和质量的目标。为此,本文采取定量研究的主要方法,结合GIS地理空间系统软件,对控制指标的构建与应用展开深入的探讨与分析。首先,本文对已有开敞空间量化研究进行深入分析与综述,吸取前人研究方法、理论和经验,了解研究过程中的不足与缺陷,确定自己的研究重点与工具选择；其次,横向比较国内外典型案例的开敞空间特征,注重通过案例开敞空间的一系列数据分析其背后成因及差异,为后面的济南旧城区控制指标构建奠定实证基础；再次,为济南旧城区开敞空间控制指标提出构建原则,拟定基本框架。在现有标准、学者研究和现实背景这三方面统筹考虑的基础上,对控制指标进行采集和处理,确定控制指标的衡量标准,初步构建完整的济南旧城区开敞空间控制指标体系。然后,结合GIS空间分析和济南总体规划、控制性详细规划等现有规划对济南旧城区开敞空间进行深入分析。最后,根据济南旧城区开敞空间指标分析结果,对济南旧城区控制指标进行调整和完善,并为开敞空间的布局选址、规划设计给出合理的规划建议,以期为济南旧城更新与改造提供有益参考。
[Abstract]:The heat of old city renewal is high in our country. At the same time, the renewal process of old city has exposed many environmental problems at the same time the city appearance is changing with each passing day. A large number of open spaces in the old urban area of Jinan are swallowed up by the urban transformation. The urban space is becoming more crowded and chaotic, which can be used for citizens' leisure and entertainment, and the open space for recreation and communication is increasingly scarce. The related "urban diseases" and social problems emerge in endlessly. Based on this background, this paper tries to put forward a set of control indexes for the open space of the old urban area of Jinan, aiming at taking a kind of planning control index which has strong operability as a means. To achieve the goal of strictly ensuring the scale and quality of open space. Therefore, this paper adopts the main method of quantitative research, combining with the GIS software, deeply discusses and analyzes the construction and application of the control index. First of all, this paper analyzes and summarizes the existing quantitative study of open space, absorbs the former research methods, theory and experience, understands the deficiencies and defects in the research process, and determines the research focus and tool choice. Secondly, horizontal comparison of the characteristics of the open space of typical cases at home and abroad, focusing on a series of data from the case open space behind the analysis of the causes and differences, for the latter part of the old city of Jinan control indicators to lay an empirical foundation; Thirdly, the paper puts forward the construction principle and the basic frame for the control index of the open space in the old city of Jinan. On the basis of the overall consideration of the existing standards, scholars' research and realistic background, the control indexes are collected and processed, the measurement standards of the control indexes are determined, and a complete open space control index system of the old urban area of Jinan is preliminarily constructed. Then, combined with GIS spatial analysis, Jinan master plan, control detailed planning and other existing planning, the open space of the old urban area of Jinan is deeply analyzed. Finally, according to the analysis results of the open space index of the old urban area of Jinan, the control index of the old urban area of Jinan is adjusted and perfected, and reasonable planning suggestions are given for the layout and location of the open space and the planning and design of the open space. In order to provide a useful reference for the renewal and transformation of Jinan Old City.
