南京市老年公寓居住环境设计研究

【摘要】：我国飞速发展的老龄化进程使得老年人养老问题日愈严峻，养老机构在不断摸索中日益完善。作为在我国方兴未艾的养老设施——老年公寓，由于其具备分散的家庭养老所不具备的医疗保障设施，以及其他养老机构所不具备的家庭式的温馨与亲切，越来越受到广大老年人的喜爱。我国现存的老年公寓有的是在之前的养老院或敬老院基础上改造而来，有的则是在没有较完善的建造规范下建立，且早期兴建的大部分老年公寓的设计原理已经不适应当代老年人的需求。本文对南京市老年公寓进行了实际调研，在对相关文献、老年人生理、心理、行为需求及南京市老年人居住生活基本状况的研究与分析基础上，依据《老年人建筑设计规范》（JGJ122-99），借鉴国内外优秀案例，，从老年公寓交往空间、周边环境两个角度分析了南京市老年公寓在设计规划中存在的问题，并针对具体问题提出了建设性的改进措施。最后，文章归纳总结出适应于现代老年人居住需求的老年公寓设计原则。在此基础上，指出现代高科技发展，必然会使老年公寓未来发展中倾向智能化设计，以便更多的老年人能共享科技带来的成果。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of aging in our country, the aging problem of the elderly is becoming more and more serious, and the old-age institutions are improving day by day. As a burgeoning old-age facility in China, the apartment for the elderly, because it has medical security facilities that are not available for the scattered family pension, as well as family-style warmth and kindness that other pension institutions do not have, More and more popular with the elderly. Some of the existing apartments for the elderly in China have been rebuilt on the basis of previous nursing homes or homes for the elderly, and others have been built in the absence of sound construction norms. And the design principles of most of the condominiums built in the early days are no longer suitable for the needs of the contemporary elderly. Based on the relevant literature, the physical, psychological and behavioral needs of the elderly, and the basic living conditions of the elderly in Nanjing, this paper makes a practical investigation and analysis of the elderly apartment in Nanjing, based on the relevant literature, the physical, psychological, and behavioral needs of the elderly, According to the Code of Architectural Design for the elderly (JGJ122-99), this paper analyzes the problems existing in the design and planning of the elderly apartment in Nanjing from the perspective of the communication space and the surrounding environment from the perspective of the communication space and the surrounding environment of the elderly apartment. At the same time, some constructive improvement measures are put forward according to the specific problems. Finally, the paper summarizes the design principles of the apartment for the elderly that adapt to the living needs of the modern elderly. On this basis, it is pointed out that the development of modern high-tech will inevitably make the future development of the elderly apartment tend to intelligent design, so that more elderly people can share the achievements brought by science and technology.
